Do you have a medical issue? I would just eat natural foods or find the cause of the issue. Sweetners will make your digestion worse. I have clients who have had part of their intestines removed and they are much better on basic natural foods. Easily digestible proteins like fish and carbs like mashed sweet potato or rice. But again I don’t know your situation.

    Yeah I do.

I didn’t mention it as last time I posted in here people didn’t want to answer because of my medical issue.

I have a spinal cord injury and it has fucked up my bowels/bladder/digestion.

I used to be okay eating plain food but now even if I just eat beef and salt i can randomly get very urgent need to use the bathroom. Yet, other times I’ll be fine. It’s random and without warning.

Essentially the Drs I see can’t help, they have just said nothing can be done. Find a way to live with it.

If this is all you’re able to digest, then it’s better than nothing if a whole food meal isn’t an option. Have you ever tried a vegan protein shake as an alternative?

I have tried a couple a while ago. They were really bad. A lot of vegan proteins here in Aus are flavoured with stevia which for some reason gives me bad GI issues as well.

I might have to look into trying the unflavoured pea and rice protein again.

But even beef or chicken food can give my grief at times, so it’s possible the vegan protein will too.

For whatever reason the free form aminos don’t.

    Thanks

I personally do not consider EAA’s in my protein total

    I usually wouldn’t either.

But these aren’t just EAA, it’s meant to be a free form amino replacement for whey. Dairy free.

It has full spectrum amino acids, just different quantities of each in comparison to whey.

I’m just curious if being free form aminos if they would count given the full AA profile or if, they would be oxidised as energy.

Ivr tried to find any research papers but I haven’t had any luck.

Have you spoke with the company directly on this bud?
They just say the same as what their advertising speal says. They say it works as a whey replacement but who knows if that’s just marketing that’s why I’m here asking.

    Hey Maddy, thanks.

I didn’t want to put the name etc up straight away just in case, as it’s not JPs brand.

Its called future whey by bulk nutrients.

So I can’t see there being any issue with var.

And as hilly said it’s not really our place to say what to do. Only you can decide this sorry

Absolutely. I’m just looking for information from people that know more about anabolics than I do. So I can make an informed decision.

    Thanks

    Thanks Peter.

Not needing any advice on the spinal cord injury, had that since I was 18. I’m all good with that side of things, Inc training in relation to it, etc

My main concern that I was looking for advice regarding was the anavar use and any negative psychological issues it may exacerbate. Or the potential it may have to make those issues permanent or long term.

No sorry what i mean is – i dont feel its right for us to give any real advice on supplements with a medical condition like that as there are to many potential dangers things could happen that none of us would be aware of.
Thanks Peter, I understand where youre coming from but there are zero concerns with my spinal cord injury.

I only added that as context for my reasoning. I will remove it from my post as apart from context it has no relevance. I’ve had it for over 15 years. I’m seeing the correct people for it.

My concern was long term psych issues with anavar, and if there were any, could they become long term.

    But you have answered that.

    Thanks
