Add the water and microwave it but do not add too much water. I currently do 70g with about 400ml of water microwave for 3mins. Take it out stir it, it should be a bit thick. Let it cool for a minute or so then add the whey. That seems to put the moisture back in and makes it less thick and more of a creamy consistency. I also add cinnamon and some fruit. Favourite meal.

I use BBW HBCD unflavoured which seems to be the one that doesn’t upset my gut. Just got to remember to mix it with something as the unflavoured one tastes horrible on its own.

Jordan, really great site and loving the updates, truly inspirational. On your meal plan you list using both Dymatize and Reflex throughout the day, is there any specific reason for that it or is it purely for variety?
