Be helpful to understand the rest of your lower set up, but sounds like you’re recovering and progressing well, so might indicate it’s not the time to make a change.
Current set up for lower session is
Lower A:
Adductor
Ham curl
Leg press
Pendulum
45 degrees hyper(loaded)
Leg extensionLower B
Adductor
Ham curl
Glute drive
Leg extension
Cybex squat press
45 degree hyperLower c
Addductor
Ham curl
Rdl
Ssb squat
Leg extension -
i have no more than 4 sets of pressing work in my upper sessions, I always start with presses as id like to do them at the start, execution isn’t picture perfect but change in direction is controlled, and I nail my sleep and food

I have upper A and B, 4 sets of pressing work in each and 4-5 sets of pulls in each, pulls recover fine but pressing started to become a bit battering the last week or so
