Thank you all I’ve decided to stack Win and Anavar and plan to take 25mg of each

I was going to take Anavar in one dose preworkout and split Win into 2 across the day.

Would that be ok?

Also, would it be worth having some gut support to go alongside liver support, as well as Glucosamine for joints?

I would do

Winni – 25mg meal 1 daily

Var – 25mg pre workout – rest days with meal 1

No real need for GUT support. I would have tbjp love heart and heart care in
Thank you Hilly

Started on that today and have cycle support, love heart and care at the ready 😎

Hello mate, 5 weeks is more than enough to see more fullness and “stone look” if you plan to be lean enough.
You will feel after 6 days the difference at the gym imo, better recovery, more strength, better muscle connexion
And around 27 days you will see yourself still you but better 😂
Now for winny just for you to know, the look is better (harder) but make sure you protect your liver the best you can, (I would add the health stack of tbjp) cause its hepatotoxicity is higher than anavar. Stop it asap once shooting is done, and make sure you go to do a blood work to check your liver values, and general values after

Thank you for the reply, excited to get Var in the mixer! I already take JP Vital Support (even though not on any PEDS) so will continue that along with other supps and will definitely be getting bloods post cut/shoot!

Only reason not considered stacking Win with Var before is I have always had lipid/LDL markers out of range on high side so thought it may be even more of an issue using it (albeit a small window of 5 weeks)

Thanks for the replies all! The plan was to just use Var but will look at Winny

If I were to combine the 2, what sort of dose would suit 25mg as per what you said Nathan?

Mango – my fave tasting fruit

Dates – my second fave tasting fruit – fibre to help with BM

Pineapple – my third fave tasting fruit – digestive enzymes

Dates are so underrated, I have 3 a day with some pineapple 🙂

Thank you both for the replies. What PCT protocol would you recommend post using it. I reckon I’ve got 5 weeks to the end of my cut

what is your current body fat levels like

How much exercise do you do per day/week

how is your diet?

I would say i am sitting at 15% BF currently. Train 4 days a week with 12,000 steps daily and cardio 20 mins twice a weekAim to hit macros of 160P/165C/50F daily and would say diet is 85% clean and consistent
I would like to drop down to 10-12%
I would look to lock diet in at 95% plus

I would add in some HIT cardio
Increase heart care to 1.5 x recommend dose.

Re check in 8-10 weeks
Thank you bud, that is good timing in line with me currently cutting so would like to see the BF drop as well as HIIT will be added as part of routine moving forward

What is the SHBG range in your bloods ?

What supplements are you taking for cholesterol.

If not using TBJP love heart and heart care then add ASAP

SHBG range is 18-40 (test was with optimale)

I currently take love heart, heart care, citrus bergamot, alongside my usual daily supps

Great work bud with getting markers improved. I agree with Clare’s suggestion, however I would keep krill oil in and unless you are vegan I’d removed oh mega v and replace this with oh mega Pharma pro instead.

Post workout a rice based carb such as cream of rice or a rice based cereal would be good for carb content / whilst being easily digested.

I would argue that if you are getting a good amount of micronutrients from fruit and veg each day then taking the multivitamin supplement is not a must.

Depending on where your nutrition is your intra workout carbs could be higher, but this will depends on your current goals. If money allows you could also add mps max half way through your training as the benefit from this over EAA is that you will also get a serving a protein

Thank you Marc, pleased I’ve managed to pull round markers especially when many believed Test was too low to bring back up without AAS!

Thanks for your suggestions, I’m going to take those on board

Thank you for this bud, i will make those changes. For the EAA, can this be mixed with the creatine and taken ?
