Thank you for the VN buddy, yeah definitely agree with you and the other water needs to go up, its dropped from where it was previously so that is the first point of call.
You mentioned something as a suggestion to add 20/30g to each meal but didn’t quite catch what that was if you wouldn’t mind confirming.
Thanks again to everyone[/quote]

Thank you pal -
Oh wow! Ok what was your diet like before buddy? ( no judgement here, if it was Doritos n boost bars , defo get that changed bud)
Honestly speaking I would say on the whole clean. I dropped down from 92kg to 73kg, the main staples of my diet being
White meat
Sweet Potato
Rice
Oats
Protein Powder
Potato
SpinachBe lying if I said I didn’t get involved with some junk food (crisps etc) on occasions
I have always had underlying Cholesterol issues (family are all on the high side) but I do not know how much of a part hereditary plays vs a poor diet
Thanks for your reply

No need to remedy the prolactin if not having issues
You need heart care to lower your ldl
Thank you Jordan! Good to know
Already taking the heart care which I feel has had a positive impact in bringing down my markers! I was over 6.3 LDL before

Thank you all for taking the time to respond.
I think my diet on the whole is pretty solid with food source choices (white meats, sweet potato, potato, rice, spinach, oats, prawns, form the basis of my diet)
I take glutamine and ACV every morning and a probiotic in the evening but VSL-3 is one I have taken before so may get that back in
I will start with the whey removal as thinking about it now, I didn’t seem to have the issues last year when they whey was different. I may just stick to one shake and switch up the other one in the morning for a protein food source.
Just on the whey, is whey isolate usually kinder on the stomach?
Thanks again for the advice, greatly appreciated

Thank you all, will ask for a call to discuss things further. It might just be time for a change, it might be a case of just wanting to express my issues I see occurring.
To answer about response times, it’s not always been like this, is usually same day responses but have now had a few voice notes sent and not had a reply at all. This is after an admin assistant being hired to reduce that side of things to increase and improve communications with clients (coaches words)

Thanks for the follow-up reply Peter,
I will get some HIIT in the mix and look to get red yeast extract, I am going to retest again in 4-6 weeks and see where I am.
I will also make an appt with the doc to discuss my readings from the bloods

I can see the images, not sure if they are visible to all now?
Based on what I can see, I would say you look good, doesn’t look like excessive amounts of fat to me, looks like a decent platform to add some lean tissue initially.
I am sure the experts will be better placed to advise but I thought as I can see the pics I would comment 😉

Hey pal,
Thank you for your feedback. I am 37. I have vital support and love heart and just started taking it.
What was the recommended protocol you mentioned for bringing down the LDL levels apart from ensuring low saturated fats and increasing good fats, fish, avocados etc. Should I increase cardio output too (10k steps and 2 x 40 min Incline Walks currently)
In terms of lifestyle, I vape, I last had a drink over Xmas but otherwise, try and keep things in check (unless away on holiday).I do get sweet cravings which can end up going through half a bar of chocolate but this year since the cut have kept it in check on the reverse out. I have cut out all dairy less a splash of milk in a cup of tea a few days a week, and really only eat chicken, prawns as meat sourcesHere is also a list of current supplementation
Multivitamin 2 tabs
Vitamin C 2000mg
Vitamin D2+K2 125ug + 100ug
Milk Thistle 45mg
Glutamine 15g
EAA 15g
Creatine 5g
Vitamin B + 91mg, 50mg
Vitacholine 83mg
5 HTP Plus 45mg
Vitamin D3 125ug

Magnesium Citrate 2000mg
Biotin 2500ug
Whey Isolate 50g

Hey, have they recomended you recheck your test? Have you always been natural? If this is a legit reading i would look at trt.
Yes, they recommended a restest for test to see if it comes up.
I have done PEDS by way of Pro hormones as 3 cycles around 9/10 years ago. Apart from that I have only ever taken peptides (for recovery), clenbuterol stacked with cardarine a couple of years back.
My previous test readings were as follows
03/2021
Testosterone 16.50 nmol/L (Range: 8.64 – 29)
Free Testosterone – Calc. 0.414 nmol/L (Range: 0.2 – 0.62)
Prolactin 158.00 mU/L (Range: 86 – 324)
09/2020
Testosterone X 31.10 nmol/L (Range: 8.64 – 29)
Free Testosterone – Calc. X 0.842 nmol/L (Range: 0.2 – 0.62)
Testosterone : Cortisol 0.11 Ratio
Prolactin 155.00 mU/L (Range: 86 – 324)
