Thank you all, yes since reversing back from a cut I’ve noticed some digestive issues, I wasn’t sure if it was immediately due to the increased volume of food intake or specific foods. I’ve noticed so far that it’s happening more towards the latter part of the day so I guess as you say, worth logging to see what it could be!

Thank you both, I did question the accuracy of them telling me what does and doesn’t agree with my digestion.

I think I will just do process of elimination to determine what might be causing bloating

Have you been consistently training throughout this time? It depends how much that excess weight is bodyfat, but I would reduce your carbs for a couple of days, stay well hydrated, then go back to what your maintenance calories are right now. Add in 20 mins daily LISS cardio and make sure you’re training consistently, with intensity. You may well see your body composition tidy up.

Pictures of how you looked at your photoshoot and now would be useful.

I would say training intensity is good (really enjoying my new meso), cardio is just steps at the moment but literally added LISS on off days first thing fasted for 35 mins.

I think I need to up my water from 3 to 4L and also as you suggest maybe drop carbs for a few days

Thanks for the comments and feedback, great to hear insights on something that doesn’t offer a great deal in terms of data currently

Is there an ideal dose to take when stacking Turkesterone with Natural Physique?
