So Im just gaining back up I cut down from what was incredibly lean (for me) 79kg, and now at around 88kg my more natural weight prob 18% bf now. I feel
Like this is something that has come with age , I’ve ran a few cycles through my years and never had any issues, I’m now 40 and it seems everything doesn’t respond as well as it used for me and the numbers creep up

Funny enough I was taking vital support , but ran out so just ordered sone more ! Thinking about it that actually coincides with the bp raise so be crazy to see if that brings it down.

Nathan put me on to using a whisk to mix it which is way way better than using a fork. Should get it a little smoother.
I mix mine with Greek yogurt now and I like the texture. Best flavour for yoghurt is lemon meringue IMO or choc orange if I’m mixing in some almond butter.
