    Last session of the week today, full back and arms session on the cards. Hit legs yesterday for the 2nd time since being in ‘off season’ mode and man it fucked me so bad! I think my mind wants to go there but my body is not quite ready 😅 (I feel so inflamed today between that and GH being back in)

    Checked in with Cal today too. 248lbs. Just waiting on his reply which I imagine is going to be no changes at this point, which I’m happy with. Super locked in tho. Never been like this after prep in my life, if you want to be it you have to act like it! That’s my motto now.

    PCA awards tonight which I’ve been shortlisted for bodybuilder of the year which is pretty cool. Would be nice to get it but who knows! At least I’m not on stage covered in tan & wearing a thong for this one 🤣

    Check in day: 246lbs

    Body is still levelling out post-prep so I’ve been fluctuating up and down in these low-mid 240’s the last 10 days. Calum is happy, no changes just yet which is fine as I’m pretty happy in terms of food amount going in, I get points of the day where I’m hungry which is a good sign but nothing that makes me want to eat everything in sight.

    It’s been a day in the office today, so client comms for my online coaching, a few edits and some educational stuff for myself. Also finally bought a walking pad which sits nicely next to my desk so I can bang out steps after each meal and doesn’t mean I’m racing to get them done towards the end of the day.

    In for my second push session of the week tomorrow. Log book ready to go. Couple of pics attached below of how I’m currently looking 🤝🏼

    Evening all. So prep is done & dusted, and we are into the Off-Season. How did that come around so fast?

    Currently on the first full week of my new split and also week 1 of my clear out which we are aiming to take up until mid-January. Then taking a 4-5 month push up before we look to go again next year! I thought I needed more time, whereas everyone else around me thinks 2026 will be fine as this year I was ‘knocking on the door’ (their words not mine.)

    I have to say, this has been the most locked in I’ve ever been post-show. No crazy urges for shit food, very focused on improving what I have after a very successful season. I haven’t even utilised Reta right now which I thought would be of a benefit post-show.

    Check-in day tomorrow so I will update with current weight & pics, aswell as Calum’s response as to what the POA based on weight/visuals 🫡🤝🏼

    The last leg day of prep 🥺

    Always a weird feeling! Currently 10 days out and tomorrow will be into single digits, it’s coming fast now.

    Not a whole lot of changes here as we’ve been in shape for some time now. All we’re looking to do is creep the weight down enough for weigh in’s next Friday to fall into the heavyweight cap, which means around 3-4lbs total.

    Calum is happy with current condition as the fresher my body has got, the heavier I become but holding the same detail. Which is a bit mad, as last years stage weight compared to this now is quite a bit!

    Sitting around 228lbs upon wake.

    Rest day tomorrow and check in day Friday, so I’ll jump on here with some fasted pics. I can’t look at pics first thing right now. I’m finally liking my pics once I have some food and water in the system.

    Push B boxed off. Very good session, apart from the hypo before and the hypo during – body is in overdrive by the looks of it. Performance Fuel to the rescue! (MAGIC10 for money off TBJP supps 😉)

    Felt full as a house after it. Food is crazy high compared to previous preps as we’ve been reverse dieting for a while now. Carbs on TD are 650g and RD is 500g.

    One more session to the week tomorrow for posterior and then rest Sunday, but will be going up to watch Fit-X finals and have a bit of a social to mix up the prep monotony.

    Attached a couple of pics below post workout, sitting at 228lbs upon wake right now so a couple of lbs to shave off for weight in at Milan to fall into the Heavies, business as usual 👌🏼

    Rest day today guys.

    Started off by boxing off around 6k steps of my daily 10k and then a sauna. This has pretty much been my daily routine for the last few weeks every day, I just try and sleep in a little longer on rest days as I have more time with no training happening etc.

    Filmed a podcast for my YouTube channel which will be out tomorrow, had 2 calls with 2 new coaching clients and did quite a bit of editing so pretty productive. Not bad considering where I’m at in prep and my head is like a box of frogs 🤣

    Push tomorrow. Also going for a sunbed to enhance this skin tone a little for the final show, I’ll always do 2-3 the last few weeks prior to peak week just to bump the colour up a bit. Tomorrow we are 15 days out 🥳

    Hello all. Bit of an update as I’ve been AWOL again – I’m so ready for prep to be over lol

    We are 17 days out from the 7th and final show of the year. To rewind a little…

    I competed at the British Finals last week for both 2Bros & PCA. The first show (2Bros) didn’t go to plan due to a number of factors, but the main one being too much food/too much water into stage. We ended up sweating and fading which had me sliding from centre of the first call out and finishing up in the 5th spot – hurt like hell I can’t lie.

    We then moved onto the PCA the following day. After lots of internal conversations with myself, I managed to switch it on. This saw me get 1st place and become Heavyweight, where they also awarded me my Pro Card! Very happy with this. Especially after the Saturday shenanigans. They asked me to jump into the Pro Show later that day too, which I did and came 4th out of 7, beating some very credible guys on the UK scene so a huge boost of confidence for me getting these results.

    Next show up is Milan for the Euromasters. More updates to follow daily…

    Evening guys. Swallowed up by prep and work once again here but checking in with an update. Apologies! Making it a commitment to be on here daily for this back end of prep to keep everyone informed.

    So, currently 3 days out from my first ever British Finals in both 2Bros & PCA – Very happy we got here with how hectic this prep has been. The look has been held very weak, just 3lbs up from previous stage weight at 221lbs today.

    POA – We’ve been linear loading throughout this past week or two, nothing crazy! Training days at 600g carbs and rest days at 450g carbs. Weight hasn’t shifted at all but the look has just gradually got better and better as we dropped off fatigue from managing the output alongside the food going in.

    Last session tomorrow, which will just be an upper pump so I’ll get some pics post workout to post on here. Steps reduced to 8k as of today too so we should see the legs crisping up more and more.

    Good morning all, it’s been a while on my log. Apologies! My work load + prep has had me by the balls, but as we approach the final leg of this prep I aim to get back to daily updates here.

    So, since my last update. We’ve competed 2 more times and did pretty well! I took the overall at the 2Bros show in Wigan which was a huge win for me going up against some really good and seasoned competitors- setting me up nicely for the British in 2 weeks and 5 days.

    I also did the PCA Welsh, taking my class win in heavyweights and just missing out on the overall win to a freak of nature, it’s bodybuilding after all and sometimes you’re going to have to deal with these fuckers. I had him on condition but his imposing frame and structure was just too much.

    Since then, we had a little freshen up with an increase in food where carbs went to 600 on TD and 500 RD. Orals got pulled back out and from today everything is back in the mix.

    Taking a trip to see Calum in person today before he goes to Vegas for the Olympia, even though he’s see my pics 3 times per week on check in I’m looking forward to him looking at me in the flesh. Will keep you guys updated!

    Evening all. Busy one here as we’re off in the family holiday tomorrow so it’s been a juggling act of PREP, editing and getting my clothes together for the Mrs. So many stresses haha

    Other than that, epic leg session. For 2 weeks out I don’t know how, I think it must have been the fact I just wanted to be away from all the life stuff and get after it. Solo dolo aswell, so just me and my headphones which are always the best ones!

    Going to bed at my morning weight tonight so I feel a big drop coming in the AM, aslong as I sleep well but that’s not really a thing at the moment. Alarm set for 3.30am as I have quite a bit to do before we set off tomorrow afternoon.

    Guys, what’s going on! I’ve been a little silent on here – Prep had me by the short and curlies to be honest lol

    Big updates for you – So, we are now 2 weeks and 2 days out from the 2nd and 3rd shows of the season. Things have been moving fast!!

    Bodyweight is now down to 221lbs as of this morning, which see’s me about 11lbs up from stage weight last year. Condition is there if not better, however I do want to push for me but with such a long season ahead this is probably going to be about how it will look.

    Saw Calum yesterday and he’s decided to pull cardio back a bit to drop fatigue into these shows so now it’s 30 mins stairmaster daily with 12k steps.

    Cycle changes – We’ve added halo in pre-workout from today and bumped up winstrol to 30 per day. Clen is still at 60 and Proviron has also been increased to 50. The remainder of the cycle is the same as it was previously, we are keeping things in the arsenal for the run of Finals mid-October into November!

    Apols for this delayed post, been away on holiday with the family and had some much needed time away from phone/emails/internet in general.

    I wanted to congratulate you on one hell of a package that your brought to the stage to take the W at the Welsh.

    I managed to catch up on the YT video last night and it was an incredibly convincing victory.

    You’re dedication to BB, business and providing for your family is outstanding.

    Changes this week – Cardio increased to 45 mins stairs and NPP is out, Mast E in at 500mg. I’ve also just put the infamous Reta in at 1mg – not just from the appetite benefits, but to help the sleep. My mind is so busy with work stuff & prep I’m hoping it helps there!

    Rest day tomorrow as I’m up in Rotherham for the day shooting with Kuba & Meg. Next check in Wednesday morning so imagine after the way I feel today plus tomorrow, there will be some good visual changes again there 🙏🏻

    Hey bud, we have not made many changes at all as the body has just been responding. Although recently, we have just removed NPP and put Mast E in. Updates on my next post 👍🏼
