Evening all. Busy one here as we’re off in the family holiday tomorrow so it’s been a juggling act of PREP, editing and getting my clothes together for the Mrs. So many stresses haha
Other than that, epic leg session. For 2 weeks out I don’t know how, I think it must have been the fact I just wanted to be away from all the life stuff and get after it. Solo dolo aswell, so just me and my headphones which are always the best ones!
Going to bed at my morning weight tonight so I feel a big drop coming in the AM, aslong as I sleep well but that’s not really a thing at the moment. Alarm set for 3.30am as I have quite a bit to do before we set off tomorrow afternoon.

Guys, what’s going on! I’ve been a little silent on here – Prep had me by the short and curlies to be honest lol
Big updates for you – So, we are now 2 weeks and 2 days out from the 2nd and 3rd shows of the season. Things have been moving fast!!
Bodyweight is now down to 221lbs as of this morning, which see’s me about 11lbs up from stage weight last year. Condition is there if not better, however I do want to push for me but with such a long season ahead this is probably going to be about how it will look.
Saw Calum yesterday and he’s decided to pull cardio back a bit to drop fatigue into these shows so now it’s 30 mins stairmaster daily with 12k steps.
Cycle changes – We’ve added halo in pre-workout from today and bumped up winstrol to 30 per day. Clen is still at 60 and Proviron has also been increased to 50. The remainder of the cycle is the same as it was previously, we are keeping things in the arsenal for the run of Finals mid-October into November!

Apols for this delayed post, been away on holiday with the family and had some much needed time away from phone/emails/internet in general.
I wanted to congratulate you on one hell of a package that your brought to the stage to take the W at the Welsh.
I managed to catch up on the YT video last night and it was an incredibly convincing victory.
You’re dedication to BB, business and providing for your family is outstanding.
You have demonstrated it’s not all about being optimal, it’s just about getting the job done.

Evening all!
4 weeks and 5 days out from the show then, we are moving quick now! Weight isn’t moving too much but condition is just improving every check in.
Changes this week – Cardio increased to 45 mins stairs and NPP is out, Mast E in at 500mg. I’ve also just put the infamous Reta in at 1mg – not just from the appetite benefits, but to help the sleep. My mind is so busy with work stuff & prep I’m hoping it helps there!
Rest day tomorrow as I’m up in Rotherham for the day shooting with Kuba & Meg. Next check in Wednesday morning so imagine after the way I feel today plus tomorrow, there will be some good visual changes again there

Hey guys, leg day has officially wiped me out lol
Finishing off some work here, then hot bath and on the sofa with an early night. Everything boxed off, apart from the last meal which I’ll get in me about 9ish.
As for legs, was a pretty solid session. Got the head down and tried to get through it without getting pulled into conversations. There’s only 3 more leg days until the show so making each one count here.
Just grabbed some compression boots off one of my clients, so I’ll be slapping those on tonight to try out and see if they make a difference. People rate them so we shall see!
Back and biceps tomorrow and then rest Sunday.

I don’t see no reason why you wouldn’t put it in buddy. A lot of people will do 2 presses plus a tricep compound in their push sessions etc, so put it in and assess the recovery. Run it a few weeks and that will give you your answer!

Evening all! Rest day here – BORING haha
Tbh, I needed it. For me to say that I’m definitely feeling the bite of prep now. So it’s been editing, filmed my podcast and just got back from finishing some steps off and the usual evening sauna routine – which has become a daily thing all of a sudden. Not sure how long I will keep that up but it’s relaxing me so much before bed!
Legs tomorrow. So will do my shots now, then head off to bed and probably fall asleep with my phone on my face watching something on Netflix

Also I have been looking into started with Cal? Just curious why you chose Cal from the beginning of bodybuilding for you? I have only heard great things about his style and coaching
So, I filmed quite a bit of content with Cal prior to joining him for coaching so I was able to witness him working with lots of other guys and how he coached. The relationship for me is a big part and could see how he interacted with them. 7 shows later we’re still going. You won’t regret it buddy

Hey buddy, so it’s pretty basic. I’ll list below:
M1 – 3 eggs, 300ml egg whites & 100g green beans
M2 – 90g COR, 60g vegan protein, 150g berries, 20g dark chocolate
M3 – 90g COR, 60g vegan protein, 150g berries
M4 – 200g chicken, 260g rice, 100g green beans
M5 – 200g lean mince, 260g rice, 100g green beans

Evening all! Check-in day today. Down to 228lbs now so we are closing in fast. Happy but much more to be done over the next 5 weeks. No changes as it’s been a big week, so we continue as usual.
Training was good. Push B – holding performance all throughout & starting to see a lot more visually once I’ve trained, so I’m pretty pleased.
Just about to hit meal 5 and then go finish off the steps for the day & have a sauna – making this routine 2-3 times a week now, just to give myself some chill because life is fast as hell lol

Hey guys. Catching up as it’s been mad busy this last week!
Quick round up: Spent 3 days on the road. Filming content with Kuba & Meg for their YouTube’s etc, then across to the TBJP 2Bros show with the gang, was wicked to catch up with everyone. Since being back home I’ve just been head down with editing and ‘prep shit’ lol
Prep update: A few changes across the board. Cardio is at 40 mins daily, steps are at 13k, RD carbs down to 200g & we are digging! 5.5 weeks until the early unplanned shows, as I can then travel with Kuba to his shows and not have any pressure of being so close to mine. That will give me 7 weeks until the British then so plenty of time to freshen up etc!
Currently weighing around 231lbs. Had a few water retention issues last week after being ill in Portugal but that has passed and body is settled, looking so much better and we are starting to see what’s going on. Mission right now is just to rip it off over the next few weeks which at this point I can feel is happening daily! So all is good in prep land.
I promise I’ll be updating daily on here now as we’ve got a mad 17 weeks ahead of travelling, my shows, clients shows and delivering my best yet so stay tuned

We’ve decided to do an earlier show, due to my work schedule. Box off the regionals, which gives me time to freshen up for the later shows I have planned. So it’s truly go time here now…
