    Really easy answer – Whatever’s comfy! Don’t make the mistake I did in Spain of doing 6k wearing crocs tho, because the bottoms of my feet were absolutely butchered.

    As the guys above have said, no need directly after a show – your body should be firing on all cylinders! Implement when food is at a high enough point where hunger is starting to be affected negatively to warrant putting it in.

    I’ve used it past 2 seasons and had no issues, I know that some suffer anxiety etc whilst taking so start low to assess…

    Usually comes in 3mg or 10mg so maybe start at 6mg fasted with your usual morning supps and then increase every few weeks, but wouldn’t suggest going anything above 20mg.

    Morning guys, a few busy days turning content around for clients including the latest video on here – Have you guys watched it yet? The Instagram edit has gone down incredibly well, it’s always an epic one when me and Jord team up 😎🤝🏼

    As for me, trained back yesterday and finished my 2nd week on the new split. Settled into it now and starting to push numbers up on everything!

    Body has levelled off at 243lbs, just checked in with Cal so will see what the next plan of attack is.

    Today is rest day, so I’m heading to the gym just for cardio and a sauna with the wife. Then prep meals, charge camera kit and back on the road tomorrow to film with Sas for the members site. Look out for that later this week!

    In early for Push B this morning, all lifts progressed across the board after setting numbers last week.

    After that, headed up to COJO’s to film an Upper session with Jord, got my hands on the new Peach Pumpage 😍 so will try that tomorrow morning. The new video is done also, I’ve been editing since I got back so that should be on here in a day or so!

    Tomorrow I have Legs early, as I’m back up the road to The Shed for a private shoot with a client and then it’s a weekend off…finally!

    As a dad, I don’t think anyone at 14 needs to be cutting/bulking – it’s just a case of being conscious about activity and enjoying yourself, plenty of time to think about all that when your older! Just have fun training and eat around that, just limit the trips to McD’s as that has become the ‘norm’ when it used to be a treat!

    Afternoon guys, just checking in after a crazy weekend with shoots/shows and then back on the road yesterday to the Shed gym to film some bits with a client training with James & Jordan Gomez!

    Just got back from training posterior. 2nd week of ‘official’ off-season and weight is settling now, hovering at 243-245lbs – No changes from my check in with Cal, ride this out for another week and see where the body goes.

    Training is going awesome! Still in that ‘setting numbers’ part as I’m back on the log book but solid progressions across all workouts 😎🤌🏼

    Afternoon people, first week of off-season wrapped up training wise. I am battered! Lol. Not doing 5 days straight again for a while if I can help it.

    Leg today. We’ve just had the swing squat delivered at our gym which land sperfectly to start the new split. 4PPS on this for 8, not sure if that’s good or bad until I see some others using it but its a starting point to build on!

    Evening people! It’s been 2 days of editing, training and eating here.

    Bodyweight has been increasing at a rapid rate since returning from Spain. Re-introducing the 6 meals a day, plus training, water and cycle has put me around 19lbs up over the last 12 days. Madness.

    So I’m sitting at 245lbs this morning, all food on plan. Checking in Sunday so will see what the plan of attack is from there…

    As for training. I’m back log booking. It’s been about 2 years since using one, just being in different gyms so much on shoots I found it hard tracking things…but I’m going to try my best to keep as many sessions as I possibly can at my home gym, just to keep everything the same. We shall see!

    Legs tomorrow on the new split. Will update here with how it goes. The new granite swing squat just got delivered so I’m gonna run that up for a few months!

    Hey guys, my posterior session has been switched from a weekend to a Tuesday so just had to hit it twice in 3 days – I’m basically on Jordan’s split this week haha

    Great session tho. My mind has really switched on after that break between prep and now, it almost feels as tho I’m in prep with the mentality I’m going to the gym with which is definitely a good thing.

    Having the SLDL later in my session is something new, normally it’s been 1 or 2 exercises in. Pulled back on the ego a little just to get the form nailed on these, I know with my pulls when it starts moving I’ll be up to decent numbers but just stuck with the 4PPS today.

    Push B tomorrow, having to condense my ‘training week’ once again due to filming an event all day Saturday, then I’m at the FitX Wales with 2 of my coaching clients Sunday so 5 days straight training, the gift and the curse haha

    Hey dude! So this is counting everything, I much prefer a meal plan than just macros to hit etc – he does offer macros only, but with my schedule I’d much rather know exactly what I’m prepping/eating etc

    Currently sitting at 240lbs-242lbs, I expect this will fluctuate a little bit over the next week with adjusting food etc to what Cal has out in place. I’m only 6lbs off my heaviest but can feel my body is going to fly past that 🙏🏻

    Yes, no AI use at present. Never really had to in all honesty!

    He looked class, totally peeled, dry and

    Full. Came 2nd out of 9 or 10. 1st place you looked like an IFBB pro bodybuilder lol. So big success for us today

    Diet been hit and miss today. I don’t mind as he said before Sundays are my off days from force feeding too.

    Woke up 274 so up some more

    Nothing much else to report.

    After just finishing 16 weeks on low dose after a prep cycle, I can confirm low dose is absolutely fine and you can still progress in that time. Also, don’t let the placebo of being lower get in your head when it comes to training etc
