    What’s going on guys. I’ve been having the busiest time here but still cracking on. Lots of really positive things happening which you will get to see very soon!

    Up to film with Sas for the site yesterday, that will drop next week. Also have more content planned later this week and next so keep your eyes peeled!

    Nothing much to report. 5th week of cruise now, so counting the days for the next phase. Keeping training focus right where it is ready for that!

    In for back today. Had to swap a few things around due to the gym being busier than normal but a good one overall. After being around Nathan and Sas, I toyed with going a little quicker around my session and keeping rest times low. Actually really enjoyed it and got a crazy sweat on! Will see how I handle it on the other training days this week 💪🏼

    Evening all. Arm day here in the valleys! Quick one, superset everything with high volume due to a busy day. I pulled my bicep work from pull/hams yesterday so I could hit this fresh today.

    Yesterday was also busy hence dropping some of the work out from the session. Headed up to Birmingham with the wife to watch Teddy Swims in concert. The guy can sang! Quality gig to be fair.

    Finishing the week off at home, so it’ll be editing and training here. Push B on the cards tomorrow 🤝🏼

    Evening guys. Approaching the end of a very busy and ‘catching up’ week after being away in Kuwait. Taken me a few days to feel less battered from the travelling but we’re getting there now!

    Hit some push today. We had the Nytram seated press delivered yesterday so immediately threw that in to replace the New Tech one I’ve been using. Quality bit of kit! Didnt mess with using multiple pegs and just went straight it middle to play it safe, 4.5pps for 10 which I was happy with.

    Legs tomorrow.

    First week of the holding phase, so I’ll be running 300mg Test E and 300 Primo for this. As stated before, we’ll do another 8 week push after this hold and then dive into prep! It’s getting close now 😎

    Since you’re holding right now, is the primo there just for muscle presevation? If you was to jump to a TRT dose, do you reckon you’d lose muscle?

    Yes bud, it’s all for muscle preservation. If I went legit legit TRT, then I think inevitably it would come off, if the intent was to lose muscle…but that’s not even on the cards, so we hold what we’ve built before we ramp things up once again.

    The end of a super busy week here! Another shoot on the weekend so not quite done yet lol

    Body has been ‘feeling it’ a bit this week. Joints and a bit of tendonitis creeping in, luckily with my schedule I’ve been able to rest around the travel & shoots so my head wouldn’t fall off not being in the gym. Hate taking time off when I’m home as that’s the only time I get to really fall into routine etc

    Back in for Legs today tho. Great session! Same set up as it’s been since off season began, lots of single leg stuff with adductor at the end due to it being too light. Onto the Gym Leco one now which is better than the Nautilus but still having to add weight onto it.

    Rest tomorrow and then back on Wednesday.

    Yesterday I did a podcast with Jamie ‘The Giant’ Johal, that’ll be going live on my channel Sunday if anyone’s interested in what he’s up to since retiring from bodybuilding. It’s a great watch!

    Long old day here people! 5am pull/ham session with a 9 hour round trip to Manchester for a shoot that didn’t eventually happen 🙈 Paid but still, it sucks as that’s 9 hours I could have spent on other stuff lol

    Nothing much to write home about from the training, I HATE having to go in at that time and train. Matched logbook numbers but feel it would have been better with a few meals and water down the hatch.

    Arm day tomorrow, then push, then legs, so it’s basically 5 days straight if you include arms. Busy weekend so it is what it is. The juggling act!

    I’ve experienced my fair share of this issue. Quick fixes I think you’re already taking care of: general health hygiene is the easiest one. Shower once or twice more per day, change of clothes straight after training, elimination of foods that may cause it to flare up, high water intake helps also.

    I tried accutane. Be VERY careful as it’s pretty heavy. Lots of people experience a mental shift when taking too much, you definitely don’t want that to happen. Start low and increase based on results. Your skin will go bad once it’s introduced and then get better, so don’t panic if this happens to you.

    What’s going on everyone! Back in the UK after an incredible trip to Kuwait. Nice to have my normal routine though I can’t lie.

    Pretty fresh today as I only trained 3 times whilst I was there, so back in on my normal split today for Push.

    I’ve been bouncing between the Prime incline and the Atlantis incline on both push sessions I do, just because if the gym is busy, one is usually free – So prime today, 4pps on mid peg- I’ve decided to go mid just because with the amount of travelling I have coming up, if there isn’t a prime press in the gym I’m at, the curve isn’t too far off any other press.

    Decent session from top to bottom, so I’m happy. Officially the start of my holding phase now whilst we clear out. The mindset does not change for the goals this year, everything is getting attacked whether cycle is up or not. I see a lot of people fall off in this phase and take their foot off the gas. I’m doing the complete opposite.

    Juggling the rest of the weeks sessions due to shoots and travelling, nothing I’m not used to!

    Sounds like a great couple of days so far both professional (networking) and personal (gym).

    Quads video with Nath was top notch as always, have you picked up on the preffered way of training out there e.g. Do they prefer more volume etc?

    Cheers buddy! Yes it’s all volume, volume , volume haha – with zero rest in between sets. Nathan trains with 4-5 guys at a time and they’re done within the hour every session 🤣

    Evening all! Currently 10pm here and just got back from my first session at Oxygen. Two things I’ve learned…

    1.There is too much kit, literally spoilt for choice. It was like Toys’R’Us.
    2. Do not train in joggers and a hoodie ever again here. I was saturated in sweat 😂

    Awesome day here. Feel like I’ve found my stride a bit, as yesterday was just a rush from start to finish. A lot of the Kuwait athletes have become aware of me and asking for content, which is cool. I was keen to get the visuals out of Nathan pretty quick so I did a same day turn around.

    Trained back tonight. Stuck with the same movements as usual, just made a point of using kit I haven’t used before and moved through the session a bit quicker aswell. Hence the sweat.lol

    Ended with a quick picture in the infamous ‘magic mirror’, which isn’t at all magic but not a bad pic post-workout. Then some frozen yoghurt with Nathan and Jamal.

    A little laptop work tonight and then sleep by midnight as the last 2 days I’ve seen 2am and 4am. Really want to try and get in the gym for 7am to get it out of the way tomorrow.

    Evening from Kuwait! Wow, what a day yesterday. 3 hour drive to airport, 6 hour flight, 1 hour wait for Visa to be approved and then hotel couldn’t find my booking. I eventually got to sleep about 4am here and then up a few hours later…

    Straight into it today. No training for me, but filmed Nathan hitting legs. Oxygen is no joke! There is soooo much kit here and the ‘finish’ of the gym is epic for filming. Nath gave me the full tour, looking forward to getting one in there tomorrow!

    I’ve just finished editing today’s shoot, I always go into overdrive on these trips with editing so it’s done and just uploading to Nathan’s YouTube so will be up for you to watch tomorrow 👊🏼

    Do you plan on using any special supps out there?

    Are you going to be sticking to your macros to a T whilst out there?

    Do you have your own hotel or you staying with Nath?

    Hey mate. Not using anything whilst I’m here, we just finished a blast so I did my last shot yesterday morning before I left and then will just get back to it when I’m home Sunday then.

    Food wise – I’m not tracking, due to being off-season still I’m just making sure I get 6 meals a day in. If I was on prep it would be very different, but work takes priority on these trips so I just eat when I can. Good thing is, I’m with Nathan 24/7 pretty much so will be eating when he eats so food won’t be an issue!

    Me and Nath are in the same hotel, different rooms tho. I don’t think he could deal with my vaping and editing noises haha (I do not condone vaping, it just is what it is! lol)

    Evening all. The end of a solid week!

    Legs today. Second week on the bounce I’ve had to juggle it to a Sunday which I do actually enjoy. I don’t usually attach sessions to ‘days of the week’ but something about it on a Sunday just feels right.

    A VERY busy week ahead. I fly over to Kuwait tomorrow to be based out of Oxygen Gym. Something I’ve wanted to do for some time now. Lots of shoots & lots of training!

    Anyone that wants to know more about how it goes down over there, drop some questions below! I’ll be updating daily to fill you all in on the experience 🫡

    TD – 5300 cals (370p / 78f / 790c)
    RD – 4300 cals (350p / 82f / 550c)

    I imagine we will hold it here through the cruise, maybe even pull back a touch before we push back up beginning of April 👊🏼
