    Thank you . I would like to know how to space taking the 300mg in a week and concerning the blood work what are the things should I be looking at when doing the blood work .

    With these sort of questions I’d highly recommend looking into hiring a coach who can guide you.
    Trust me, when I first went assisted way back I wish online coaching was a thing so I could hire someone.
    It’s easy to make a lot of mistakes and also. Lose out on a lot of progress if you are unsure of what you are doing.

    But to answer your question – micro dosing would limit the potential of sides and keep hormone levels more constant. 3 or 4 pins a week could be a good starting position.

    In terms of the bloods – like Ellis said. The full panel is advisable to get your baseline numbers.

    In particular but not limit to –
    Red bloods
    Kidney function
    Liver function
    Lipids
    Sex hormones

    Some people are genetically out of range for some markers even with everything in check so knowing before hand exactly where you are as a natural you’ll know how the PED’s are effecting you, and you can plan accordingly.[/quote]

    I agree with Ellis and Ryan – get bloods done first if you can checking all health markers and hormones.

    Test at 300mg per week split MWF.

    Retest bloods at week 6 to asses your hormones and how your body responds to that dose as you may need to make adjustments based off were your Estrogen is
