Push day today and Kuba gave me a high day due to a bigger body weight drop.
GH was dropped a couple days ago so probably from that –
Interesting to see how things improve from here

3 days out from the Arnold’s – after a higher day yesterday weight was down.
The look was much better and fuller but leaner than 2 weeks ago so Kuba is happy!
Similar carbs today but was a training day push and trained with Kuba and Mark as today usually with the split would be legs but obviously I won’t have that till post the Arnold’s now
Pull day tomorrow a tad earlier with Kuba so will be a fun one!
You around on Saturday Meg ? I’ll be on stage at 9 x

Increase food volume. Towards eating 40g carbs from COR do 40g from SALAD as Jordan said.
U will be bloated, but full and either way – You will get rid of it soon so dont worry about a short term look.
Add loads of ice to Your protein shakes, make it as big as possible.
Xantan gum can be a solution, go to Greg Doucette Youtube You have there a recipe for protein ice cream shake which weights like 2kg – stuff urself with that.
Find an extra hobby. What ever keeps ur mind busy.
Check ur hormones.Surely that just messes with digestion though ? And if your not digesting your food you ain’t gonna be growing or absorbing much ? . I’d say high volume foods for sure but xantham gum fucks you up badly

I’ve had it on cycle I had the astera Zeneca no problem at all . Everyone complains about a sore arm but I’ve defo jabbed myself worse hahah just a lil bit of pip .

I’ve actually seen kuba fix quite a few girls post show who did have issues with binging !
