    I’ve used this primo and if it was test prop my blood work wouldn’t have come back in range . I love this stuff

    Yeah I wondered ! Because last time I dieted hard for 40 weeks and had striated glutes I was mentally fucked for a few months after my brain function didn’t come back for ages and food focus ! So it’s really nice to hear you’ve reversed well . I’m doing good thank you just trying to put some more size on before it’s go time for shows fingers crossed they don’t get cancelled this year x

    Yeah so recently I’ve noticed a bit of pain when I’m carrying things at work or hoovering sometimes even laying in bed one of my shoulders comes out more than the other if you get me ! X

    Primo is by far the best for women imo.
    I do use it with physique ladies however currently all my figure girls are using just anavar sporadically.
    50 mg primo pre week will be more than enough I wouldn’t run for longer than 12 weeks either
    In prep you can ramp things up only very gently.
    Be wary and conscious of what peds can actually do long term so use the least you can if you can do offseason without please do so that’s normally what I fight for with most of my girls or opt for short runs on anavar rather than primo
