    Primo is by far the best for women imo.
    I do use it with physique ladies however currently all my figure girls are using just anavar sporadically.
    50 mg primo pre week will be more than enough I wouldn’t run for longer than 12 weeks either
    In prep you can ramp things up only very gently.
    Be wary and conscious of what peds can actually do long term so use the least you can if you can do offseason without please do so that’s normally what I fight for with most of my girls or opt for short runs on anavar rather than primo

    Wotti – the increase in serotonin from 5HTP could cause a blockage if you are deficient in SAMe which would cause the issues with keeping you awake.
    Low dose niacin with Magnesium Bisglycinate at bed time will help if thats this issue.

    Hey All
    One day post show now – I’m 0.8kg up today I’m having rest day meals with added 50g carbs per meal.
    Feeling good today but a little tired – excited to get home chill out and then do some quarantined training at home ?
    Late flight tonight – so just getting all my client work done and starting on some new plans before we go to the airport ?

    What’s the plans now ? Looking to do more shows ? X

    Hey All.
    Good day today! Was first day of carb up and it went well – not bloated at all – all went to the right places and feeling good.
    Tomorrow we’ll check in and see how we’re doing and see what food needs to go in – resting as much as I can with no steps but obviously still
    Moving around a little – nothings broken so we aren’t changing it ?

    What food sources did you go for this time ?

    Solid rest day today, really happy with the look second day after high days in terms of fullness and ‘dryness’ but dropped the fluid/watery look
    However I’m so ready to push harder now and get the final bits off; I want to be super sharp in glutes & hams, under 4 weeks to make it happen

    Would you say your physique looks the best so far on rest days ? And have you got any pictures post the refeed you had . Looking awesome Aj !! The thing I love the most is how shredded you are whilst still maintaining fullness which is fucking difficult to maintain as a natty best you’ve ever looked mate

    Really interesting how you look better after a leg day ! I would have thought due to more inflammation you’d look more watery post legs. Buzzing to see the end package
