Hey All.
Hope you’ve all had a brill day.
It was a rest day for me today – I dog walked, food shopped, food prepped, saw my friend and my nan. Then did the live stream which went really well and so thankful to everyone who joined – I appreciate all the support I get.
today was a 700g of carbs refeed ? – added in bagels, pop tarts, rice cakes and jam to meals xx

What pop tart did ya go for ? I’ve still never tried one ! X

How are you running your deload on prep ? X

Hey Jeannie.
So rather than full rest – we have taken all steps away – just doing 1 set per exercise working between an 8-12 rep range. We will see weight rise a touch but will enable us to stay fresh and keep full ?
Ah that’s what I did on my prep ! . It’s very mentally challenging though isn’t it ! X

Hey Jeannie.
I do yes. I really enjoy it for a change up to comp clients but I just make sure they have a real variety when it comes to diet and that there training schedule fits there life x
Yeah for me that’s the hardest part is fitting round training around someone’s life as it’s easy for us even with normal jobs we still prioritise cause this is our end goal aha but so much harder with lifestyle x
