    Late one from me today I’ve been on a training course in Manchester the last 2 days to help with my exams soon. So busy busy busy.

    Came back and smashed my leg session which went as follows-

    Variation 2 Week- Quad & Glute

    Hack squat (set 1 6-8, set 2 12-15)
    Pendulum (set 1 6-8, set 2 12-15)
    Single leg press (set 1 6-8, set 2 12-15)
    Hip thrust (banded reps) 3 x 12-15

    Single leg hyper extension

    Single leg curl

    Abductor & Adductors
    Rest day tomorrow and my body is READY for it. Spoke to Kuba and we may do a little mini cut from Monday once “supps” are out. Will see what we think on Friday after check in ????????

    How much you looking to strip back on your mini cut ? X

    Hey meg I’m so exited to have you on here I work a full time job as well in retail and juggle body building like yourself nice to have someone on here so relatable. Lovely choice of post work out there ???? out of interest why do you run a zero carb day on rest days in off season ? Everyone has different opinions so interesting to hear yours , your smashing it by the way x

    Thank you, retail can be so full on I did a stint last year before moving to corporate & didn’t finish until 7 some evenings so be good to show how I balanced it all.

    I was struggling with my appetite so went with fats over carbs on rest days to keep cals high but easier to stomach, but like you say might not suit everyone xx[/quote]
    One thing about retail though it’s great for getting your steps in when your dieting 🙂

    Add variety to your meals for sure and try different carb sources.

    With fat sources

    Nuts

    Oils

    dark choc
    Real butter

    Yolks

    Etc there’s tons

    In terms of food sources I would strongly advise a rotation so you don’t develop any intolerances

    Hey kuba it’s weird you should say this I recently had pasta on Sunday two weeks in a row and my weight went up 2lb after , I haven’t touched pasta for over a year would you say I’ve created a intolerance ?

    Corinne I was very surprised by MJs gym looks way bigger in the videos , but such a awesome gym to train in very anabolic atmosphere had me hitting all the pbs that day ! The seminar was epic.

    @char_baby I was actually going to see that film too not sure now hahah

    I see you guys all do these cable delt raises instead of traditional lat raises would you say these create better tension and less trap activation ?

    I’m deloading got that horrible fluey thing so annoying I still wanna train but my body is fucked doesn’t help that you’ve uploaded the new leg day video haha! Hope your well x
