Push – Chest press; neutral grip chest press; OHP; lateral raise; press downs on lat pull; machine skull crushers.
Pull – Wide lat pull; underhand lat pull; low cable pull to hip; low cable pull to chest with lat bar; machine curl; low cable curl.
Lower – Split squats; unilateral leg press; RDL low cable; ham curl; unilateral toe press.
Use cluster sets and rest pause sets if the machine tops out too quickly.

I used to train at the HB ymca. Great gym. It has everything you need, nothing fancy but all the basics are there.
Where are you training now?

What gym yall go to? I’m in the area (I train with my brother though) but just curious if there’s any good local gyms around. Currently just go to LA Fitness
Im moving to the area next week. But from what I can tell the HB YMCA is solid. It’s surprising I know. But it’s worth a look.

I’m sure in use you can just get it prescribed ?
I wish it was that simple. GH is the one PED that is extremely difficult to get prescribed due to an uncharacteristic FDA restriction. It is restricted by the FDA to a very very narrow number of wasting and growth disorders. An anti-aging doc willing to put his/her license on the line will prescribe it. But, it is also not generally covered by insurance unless you have HIV. Omnitrope is $7,500 for a 10mg kit! I like GH but I’m not willing to go broke to get on a replacement dose.
I’m looking for good generics shipped from a distributor in the US.

I haven’t worked with competitors before, but I can definitely help you with body composition before maybe going with a more reputable coach if your goal is to step on stage later.

Not too sure about any reputable coaches at that price range though, but this website provides a lot of great content to learn from if your looking to save some money. You could easily get started that way.

Thank you for your response Max. I hammered the basics pretty hard in 2019 (meat, rice, and JP style training). The problem is that those things aren’t really working now that I’m back in the gym. Is that an issue that would be within your experience level to trouble shoot?

Looks like no one has used. That should defo tell you something in itself.
From a quick google search
It seems to have a very short life span in terms of effectiveness which would instantly put me off.
It ruins appetite – huge out off for an athlete n certainly the reason I know it’s used my day to day females trying to drop weight that think not eating is the way – only time I’ve heard people usingThanks Hilly.

It’s been 5 years since I’ve been off. I want to have kids at some point and I also want to preserve the possibility of coming off trt at some point down the road if I want to focus on something other than bodybuilding.
I’ve read conflicting things about kick starting the leydig cells once every year or so to maintain testicular function. I figured I’d be cautious and come off now to see where I’m a naturally. [/quote]
If you are to come off for that reason bud I suggest staying off for a little longer then re do bloods to see how things are_________________________________________

Stay off for at least 12-16 weeks and fully get back to proper function again thus may need longer_________________________________________
