You’re very very likely above physiological levels at that dose. Getting blood work is the only way to know. So go do that before you do anything else.
But I cruise on 100mg Test Cyp every 5 days and that puts me at the very top of the normal range.

I try and get a variety of fruit and veg, my favourite sources are brocoli, spinach, green beans, peas, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple and grapes to name a few. These won’t impact your macro count too much but are packed with micronutrients.

Be sure to rotate food sources and make sure your diet is varied and contains quality choices. If you don’t tend to eat many fruits and vegetables I would add in a Greens Powder to daily routine. The Vertical Diet lists a number of small food items that should be consumed once a day. But I wanted to hear if you or any of the sponsored athletes had a similar group of guidelines for your clients.

I found that if I made a protein and carb and kept them in the fridge for family mealtime it was an acceptable compromise. For example, keep a tub of chicken and a tub of rice in there. Then at meal time make your plate and add whatever greens they cooked up. Be pleasant and don’t make a fuss about it and maybe they won’t either after a while.

Ok so a drugs method of administration can effect its efficacy due to blood levels, anadrol was only ever produced orally although some or the studies did injectable versions, 2 option IMO swallow it or buy injectable and inject it, Abdi and Thai androl is pressed tablets, they have been bound with excipients which maximise oral dosing NOT sublingual, you go to the trouble of crushing em ecstasy style in magazine with a bottle-then put that under your tongue, if you buy UGL in caps this will give you a similar sublingual effect, some of the drug will be administered sublingually and a single pass of the liver, most and you would know this if you have been prescribed sublingual drugs the second dry powder hits the underside of the tongue because it’s like sand your mouth runs a river and you end up swallowing most of it. Injectable is for injectable only, the only exception is winstrol suspended in water, NOT oxy in oil with solvents etc-I think it would make you ill tbh swallowing it regularly. I have been a position where I have been very nauseous for an extended period of time and struggled swallowing all my meds told my consultant I put em all under my tongue and swallow what I can, he replied’ well it’s all going down that chute anyway ‘, so you could try it will tab under the tongue, but I would imagine most will be swallowed.

That much I understand. But I was curious as to whether that recommendation was made purely for health purposes or if it also had to do with more favorable body composition outcomes.
