Don’t cycle until health is tip top bud super simple

If he’s health is also a concern I would not entertain rq or npp / 19nor

Keep test / mast in place and then leverage Gh instead

Health markers are in place. Only from previous cycles, I’ve noticed that estrogen and cystatin C are significantly affected. That’s why I’m asking.

He can’t get mast and primo from legit sources.

I would go with Test and Eq – keep doses on the lower side to start and asses as you go.

I dont see Eq causing any more stress on the body than any other AAS and never have in any one.

Some people will notice an increase in HB etc more so than other AAS but this isn’t common again IME.

    Thanks Hilly!

Why would you run a push up phase of bloods are not in check prior, they don’t get better as you push your body to a new level. The push up would not be of quality if all you run into are health issues imo.

Not one of the athletes on here yet I just wanted to state my opinion

    Bloods are in place!

But Based on previous cycles/data, his hemoglobin, hematocrit, cystatin C, and estrogen tend to rise quickly on cycles.

That’s why my question is what the wisest approach would be for the next cycle, especially now that DHT-based PEDs are limited.

Thanks for your input — much appreciated.

How do you track your own progress, Sas? Do you take weekly check-in photos for yourself? Do you go purely by the scale and gym performance?
When do you increase your food / PED stack?

Every phase – start prep, mid prep, end of prep. Before offseason push , mid push , end of push.

Awesome to read how everything goes and flows! Smart move to spend the sunday with family time / “cheatmeals”.

I really want to see some small training clips from your training. Can you just make some instagram stories from your lifts? Would be nice to watch

Go to maintenance volume while you fix your gut. If you go RIR 0 you are not going to drop off enough fatigue
    Drop training volume and load

Do you notice anything from the MOTS-c?

And what do you think about the whole peptide craze that’s going on right now? Do you use it with your clients?

Normally you handle your offseasons yourself. Are you staying under Chris’s watchful eye now, or only when you start dieting again?

I’ve been running 500 of each daily for tendinitis and starting to see some good results. As it’s a more severe the injury you could do the higher doses as Jordan has laid out.

Its more an old injury/tendinitis thing. Where I finally got to work on with a very good therapist. So I want to give it a little boost with peptides.

It’s insane how your body keeps responding to everything. Show after show, peak after peak. Absolutely insane. You’ve brought an even better physique this time. And now on to the next show haha. Brutal!

Are you going to keep competing, or will you take a break at some point lol
