Jordon, I’m sure you’ve been asked this a thousand time, but do you do any direct neck work or did you come out of The womb looking like a brama bull?

Thanks for the response, guess I was trying to justify eating more than I need to. With no contest goals anymore it’s hard to flip that switch and lock in a cut phase but I believe it needs to be done. I’m one it. Thanks again

Jordan I’ve heard you say that if your not fairly lean, that you would recommend getting in a bit better condition before starting a growth Phase. What if you’ve caused metabolic damage by restricting intake too long to start with? My weight is holding at around 216-218 and my intake is around 2200-2500 calories a day about 250 protein 180-225 carbs 55-70 fat. I’m training 5x per week and doing 30 minutes cardio 5 x per week. Not asking for a free plan. Just wondering if you woke up in my shoes would you try to spend a few months recovering metabolism then slowly drop a little fat with a higher BMR to start from?

Bro, so just to clarify, you won your IFBB pro card? Man I remember a few years ago dm’ing you on IG and helping you with your back double shot lol. You probably don’t recall, but we’ve interacted recently on IG. I just started a new page “Team JM Fitness”

JP, how can I reach you off line for some business advice?

A wise man once said, “let your condition determine your contest, not the other way around!” Oh wait a minute I was that wise man ????

Very happy with adopting your training style. Love the workouts. I had asked a couple weeks ago if your natural athletes have any particular consideration that may not apply to the assisted guys and you mentioned expectations of strength increases. One more question if you don’t mind, I’m a soon to be 55 year old natural guy, should the loads or rep range or Recovery be adjusted to avoid soft tissue damage based on compromised ranges of motion brought on by facial adhesions and scar tissue?

JP, I’ve spent some time on the app and love the whole approach. I haven’t however found anything on how to adopt the training approach if not assisted. You mention blast and cruise and bridging as basically holding onto as much of the blasting gains as possible but how does a natural athlete adapt this approach when they are about at the top end of their strength limits?

Jordon, I stumbled on one of your YouTube videos the other week and have since then started training with higher frequency low volume and it has made a big difference. After training for 35 years it’s fun again. Thanks for all the info you put out and for being a great source of motivation

Appreciate the input Josh. That’s kinda my point, if your doing Deads or rack pulls and then doing Romanian Deads on leg day it’s a lot of overlap. Gonna give it go for a month or so and see how it goes. Guess the point could be made your getting overlap on lats doing it on leg day, but the truth is everything has overlap. Squats hit traps, Delts, back, abs whole posterior chain as well as everything else

Love the App Jordon, a plethora of good info here. Is there somewhere on here where you outline your suggestions for train split and average volume for an experienced trainer?
