so firstly just be a minimalist when it comes to delt movemnts… maybe go

    3 chest
    3 tricep
    1 delt

    in that order

that’s personal how I’d approach it guys.

secondly no real reason other than I don’t want to ruining real strong compounds around the clock.. feel like some times it’s good to use some.of the more miles compounds as they still bring great results

ok dude I’ll have a look.

currently a bit missed with mail so got some work to do but I’ll be sire to get to you.

    back to the post ..

how are you finding recovery on HGH vs off. I find I can really push it with frequency if using. as you say your shoulder seems to be on the up so I imagine you have a similar opinion .

    hey JDH

I’ll have a soft through my email was set to my old email address till about 2 days ago and i didn’t realise.

what was it regarding my man ?

    Hey Brandon

I typically like pre (hour or so) gym and post workout..

but i imagine if again finances allowed for it you could defo include into 4 shots a day ! upon waking . pre and post and before bed.. not promising that would yield better results as I’ve used HGH a few ways over the years and found the current setup seems to compare better.

    The ansomone vs Lilly. .

I get crazy pumps from Absomone.. hands feel fat.. muscles feel full… again not sire if these are a sign truly of quality but I know that I really like how I feel on it.. the Lilly.. now that makes me sleep… which is also good to be honest.. so it’s Apple’s and oranges here in affraid.

today id like to discuss HGH

I get asked alot how I run it and what HGH I like.

typically I use humatrope but was introduced to ansomone by a good friend lately and have to say I REALLY RATE IT.

Anyone else tried it and agree with me on that.

I try to keep HGH running as long as finances allow. moderate saying of 2iu 2 x a day on training days.

    Niall my man

Currently i have a set split from Jordan and I created cycle 2 and e based off of that. He allows me quite a bit of free reign currently as long as I follow protocol.

    The workout was simply

pull down under arm wideish (Cutler style)
    bb rows
    seated cable rows
    dual DB row chest supported
    reverse flies (machine)
    shrugs (machine)

WAS rather low volume as lifts were pretty heavy

over the last few weeks admittedly we’ve spent time trying to find what movments we feel are most beneficial. with the idea of having everything set in stone for January:)

hey guys the mast was simple because we decided to keep the agents the same as my pre show choices. we switch tren e for npp simply cause of availability otherwise I’d have kept that in for a time.

no real scientific reasoning however it has many benefits as you know and has prevented me from getting some of the sides I’d have associated with higher oestrogen.

cheers also on the arms comment .. funny a few little changes go a long way. measured them last night and they are the biggest they have ever been cold . . one might say I’m rather happy with that lol

Brandon yes brother moat certainly though if it takes longer I’m not fussed.. Jordan is even slower than I am .. ultimately we are saving ourselves for the sets.. we all drink intra workouts so we are never without nitrients.. there for it really doenst matter too much if we take ages haha

remember guys food inoreach over any drug because Jordan upped my food and that has been the one thing that has impacted by physique most this year. I’d say if you feel disheartened perhaps up the calories.. this will intirn allow for more intense gym sessions and thus lead (fingers crossed) to mire growth as a whole.

    test 600
    mast e 500
    npp 600

so don’t worry not just test lol

    that’s the lot currently gents

Steph.. I always feel carbohydrates intra help massively with power output and recovery. I feel the carbohydrates present are excellent shuttle/ carriers for all the other ingredients in my intra. They really help the uptake and delivery if all nutrients I’d personally say get them down you brother ! I like Jordan would rather pull carbs from elsewhere if needed bud

    hey Brandon

I am fine with just tamox at current

    test is only 600mg
    so nothing crazy.

personally infer little more out if 1g than 600 so don’t really need to push the test too high these days.

hey Ben personally I haven’t got on well woth regular nandrolone but many credible people I know feel it helps because of the retentive nature so worth using for joint relief in ones offseason. also LOVE THE FLEX POWDER !

    hahaa big Pedro.

bottom line is don’t go too deep into the science.

look at how well you do it have done in previous trials.

me and Jordan don’t divide carbs based on anythibg other than what fits and whats comfortable ti consume. we never go high carb (super high) in any meal except pwo. we then divide fairly evenly across all other meals so that we don’t encourage gut distress. for example I can tolerate 100 to 120g carbs In solid form without issues.

yes if cutting we’d subtract typically away from workout meals .. allowing us to still fuel our workouts and force maximum performance in the gym.

I can honestly say we haven’t done a single equation to work out specific macros.. we just go with the flow.. choose a relative start point based on pre contest diet then add to that slowly. Simple is best and allows us to concentrate evenly on all aspects of the bodybuilding..if I go onto alot of depth on particulars i find I’ve mentally not got much left to gice in terms of brain powwr to other aspects.

find a good routine stick with ot..record your finding and adjust depending on what you desire from that particular point forward.

I used to do all the maths.. rack my brains.. and be hugely anal nut now I relax a little more as you can tell and make sure above all I’m consistent and don’t burn out.

Hey Pedro. Honestly i don’t thinking would. Worst case scenario is trial and see. Be interesting to hear Jordan’s thoughts on the matter. Me personally.. the mental clarity I get and the sustained energy I also get …. I feel allows me to be really consistent woth my cardio and actually have the energy enjoy it.. perhaps science would suggest otherwise but from my experience it’s been marvellous and a real aid. Plus i don’t know about you guys.. but it really seems to settle my stomach nicely for the day ahead.

My split my good man is currently

    Chest arms delts
    Legs
    Back width
    Off
    Chest arms delts
    Back depth and hams
    Off

Ciaran agreed.. Pedro some great information there. Super set up. How you finding MPA cortisolve ?

Ben is definately recommend gluten bridges as no lower back stress.. heavy isn’t important at first .. get the full ROM you want to finish on your heels and hips high as humanly possible. Think of a scorpion tail.. that’s the kind of angle you want to create.

Also if suggest seated curls soothe lower back isn’t involved at all. If you find that hurts go db ham curl.

Hey Kyle not currently. I have a few and other engagements that unfortually mean time is very limited. I really wouldn’t want to under service anyone at current.
