    Hey Ric. Personally infer upped frequency , lower volume during each workout. Combine with extremely strict movements that you are actually weaker on … with the idea of becoming strong on those particulars. Reason being .. the board if the muscle that is weak will likely be undeveloped comparison to other muscles. Therefore for growth to occur.. we need tonsteip it back and place emphasis on that exact part. Get strong on your weaker lifts and with the perfect form.. that should enable growth to occur.

    Little update weight is sitting around 280lbs
    body fat is still under control.

    Appetite is ace and training is good. However very sleepy at the minute when not in the gym.

    I feel like training is the reason as my body is obviously keen to grow but needs sleep to build !!!!

    Hey dude yep literally cold turkey with hcg nova .. the usual really.

    Yeah always try to get as much growth out of as little as possible.. food always get increased first. When the time comes that food isn’t doing the job up the cycle and record findings. Might even not be what needed at times.. but sometimes it is.

    If I kept cals the same innever lost much.it was only the fact is pull back on everything that caused any tissue loss. The body is quite capable of seems when well fed 🙂

    Tbh I used to just go total relax mode post show. Being an amateur I never felt the need to keep pushing. Unless trying to stay as mentally healthy as possible on top of physically. Felt as competertors we all deserved that break. I still think it’s great to do that when and if you can. It’s a little different when you HAVE NO CHOICE but to progress. If improvement is the aim of the game then cruising supports that far better (just my opinion) I always run a low amount in cruise to. 10mg nova seems to suit me buddy.

    Cruise is typically 250mg test e weekly. I hadn’t actually cruised until myself and Jordan teamed up. So this was a first for me but have to say you feel far better for no totally eradicating test. The health benefits if not totally putting test outweigh going cold turkey from what I’ve managed to learn.

    Quite honestly I use Rohm for everything but I know d4 and dimension are great too. I’m from South and the genuine Rohm is here so i stick to that. I know anything Jordan has mentioned is spot on and he was happy with my choices too.

    Jim OH definately. I feel there is alot of conflicting info on how to do it correctly timing wise etc. Not sure it’s as simple as injecting at the same time. Think there is some timing issues. My understanding is they should be taken together but the exact duration of time between is unclear. Partly due to all the different slins and peak times etc. It’s something I’m looking more into of course.

    Insulin is very situational.

    Depends on my Body fat
    My diet being adhered to
    My training

    However typically it gets introduced when we perhaps stall a little on the weight increase front.

    I’ll be trying several different approaches. The most common being the peri setup. However I’m interested in trying son other ways too.

    Hey Brandon. I dont know if injuat had bad luck with a previous lab or if itnwas the actual compound and me at a disagreement!

    Lol… but I’ve never had any issues with NPP and used it whennitnfirsr came months scene. I find it relatively mild yet everything I do feel from it feels positive. I feel it has zero effect on composition (retention) it reaalyl helps strength increases in times of lower cals as well as huge improvements when on high calories. Can be used both off season and pre contest till around 4 weeks out and has no issues. All in all it reminds me of a strong primo in terms if what i personally get from it. If David lilely get stronger on traditional deca as that is one thing into remember but it came with far more sides at the time. I felt uncomfortable. However with the current approach of keeping cardio in etc it may be a good tool to try this time around. I may give it a second chance 🙂

    Th I like to keep in if affordable around 2 – 4 iu daily. (Training days)

    I’ve tried going higher and lower and noticed that the mid range serves just as well as higher dosages of nutrition and rest is in point.

    Is like to use regular deca however.. ice never got in with it.

    Hey guys thank you and yo luke. No real weight in mind.m. just beyond what I’ve been before and leaner than the usual offseason. I’m far more dedicated now knowing it’s what I’m doing for a living in a sense. Happy to go all out and give 110% every day with no worry of neglecting other aspects of my life. I truly want to give this the ultimate shot. Especially for my debut. I want to shock everyone. Including you and myself lol. Only way to do that is try harder than I ever have with the consistency to match. I’d love to be bigger and that’s the objective. So far so good. The positive comments from you guys feeds the fire for sire so thank you. So yes I’m a continue to try and climb in both strength and weight. Then hopefully the size comes with that.

    Me and Jordan have set a goal and I will try to honour the expectancy hahaha

    Yes Cameron there is a little give in that sense so give or take a few calories daily for sure.

    Also thank you sir. Appreciate that. I’ve found that keeping the small amount of cardio in really helps. Keeping me insulin sensitive whilst also helping not only keep fat at bay but my circulation and heart also. Feels great. Wouldn’t change that for shit. It’s want I feel the number one reason my composition hasn’t gone of the rails. Plus it’s good to have order. In my mind know need to less by example and health is a bit part if it.
