I literally don’t even look to achieve any specific bpm currently dude. It’s literally done for 30 minutes in a leisurely fasion. Seems to keep my knees happy and the routine sees my days the same day in day out.The benefits are obviously health but also routine 😉

My absence isn’t be used I haven’t been reading it’s because I have been and taking notes as to what you guys want to see next.
First recording will be next month then same time every month from there out.
Diet wise yes I’d do just that start reducing carb meals.. perhaps not overall intake just place the carbs peri workout only. So aim to make 3 or so meals a day pro fat only. Supplement r ala , beta glucans , a good GDA will all definitely help my good man. I supplement much to help teaming as sensitive as possible but it’s likely in time we will all stall.. so yes that approach is sound. Sorry rambling on hahaha

MemberOctober 22, 2017 at 1:42 pm in reply to: James Hollingshead 2017 Arnold’s prepHey buddy oh totally typically a GDA would only be used post workout if the the time gap between intra and post is large.. if you eat immediately after I would say from experience then there is no need for GDA and would allocate to say post post meal or your second largest carbohydrate meal of the day. Also depends on protocols. I.e endogenous insulin use being present or not and so on.

We will probably get a solid month to 6 weeks if growth before that is a problem.. though I try to supplements as many aid ins sensitivity as possible to prolong that occurrence.

My choice still doing light cv daily upon waking 20 to 30 minutes tops.. very gentle. More so for routine and mental state. It’s mediataton time for me.Food wise the macro break down has been laid out but will take me a few days to adjust too as it’s quite carb dense vs my ore contest diet. Stomach won’t be happy immediately so easing in as the days pass. Still higher carbs post workout if course. However carbs present entire day now. And the in rest days carbs drop off towards days end and are lower in total. We are not technically reverse dieting as we feel the sooner I’m stronger the better . I’ll post exact macros tomo for you guys to see. I’ve been logging food today on my YouTube also so you guys can see what meals I have selected to fit the given macros (if you wish too)

I’ll start the series with the above mentioned.. what it means to be here. Followed by the plan and wjat we wish to improve.. Jordan and I are still young in terms of our coach and client relationship and already we have done something truly special.. imagime ajat the next full 14 months of off season could yield… that’s what excites me. I have all the tools.. Jordan and I are happy with having this road ahead of us.. its a dream come true.. I’m just happy that I turned pro under his wing.. that should reflect just how positive and impact the man had had in both my mental approach and physical capabilities. I haven’t really said much in the way if thanks to him yet.. strangely not because I am NOT thankful.. it’s more that we arnt dine yet and I see us being together for a dam long time.. I. Greatful if course and love him dearly.. bit we ain’t fucking done ???????????? haha… work to do and it’s now .. thanks everyone in jwre for being behind me and I hope.ti give you all something worth supporting.. let’s represent and let’s keep mitiving one another. Once decided fully I see no reason why we can’t do a summery video of the reasoning behind the training. Could do a full feature on the site if enough request. I’d have to run by Jordan but if this is content you guys wish to see we shall have it done and available. I’d love you all to follow the odd season in fine detail so this would be a brilliant start.
