Right with food we pretty much never strip peri workout carbohydrates.. if possible we would simple lower fats or change proteins to leaner sources at other times of the day.
Carbs we try to leave untouched. Luckily we have found a great balance so haven’t had to be limited on carb totals this prep.
Leaner foods less calories total.
Rest days carbs are under 100 also so it kind of contrasts well with the training days.
I wanted to share with you a few supplements I’ve been utilising of late.
Simply put
Core nutritionals- core ABCD
Using as my ore cardio caffeine and focus bcaa product (just one serving)
Scivation – xtend
Using this as my core bcaa while doing fasted cardio (just one serving)
Sparta labs – kraken and strom sports – vascumax
Two pre workouts I highly recommend
Kraken : stim based hard-core pre worlout
Vascumax : pump focus and vascular complexRotation as and when needed really.
Both fantastic.
Finally I’ve been using an anti cortisol formula called cortibol
And life extension natural prostateBoth 2 caps a day and both amazing products is suggest you all look into.

I fortunately have never had any issues except perhaps when I was alot younger and less knowledgeable. That being elevated blood pressure. That was around 2010 in my off season but honestly I’ve never had any issues ever since.
I feel that some.of the issues that do occur in bodybuilding are from prolonged stages of overdoing things.
I feel as ling as you cycle what you do be it anabolics , diet and training you will be absolutely fine.
Just keep in mind that everything requires energy and ultimately energy is life itself.
So times of rest from all aspects are as important as times of push and progress.
With all of the things present in today’s bodybuilding be it drugs or supplements .. fortunately we have just as much good information in place from the likes of Jordan to help us progress in the optimal manner. The most safe and the most responsible manner might I add.
It’s never going to be the best tho g for us to pack on tissue and go against the body’s wishes. Though we can definately push further thanks to new health supplements and information.
Just remember rest.. Rest is not bad .. after a show rest is ideal.. after a heavy course pull back and let the body recoup.. after intense train g for a period of time.. deload and start again…
I think stims and fat loss products / over the shelf or pharma are the items to be a little more cautious of. Elevated heart rates for extended periods really isn’t ideal. So when th shows are over .. drop the fat burners.. give the ticker a rest.
With diuretics people simply go.overboiard either on them or with the foods after their use … be cautious.. reverse diet .. hydrate properly and you will be fine.. also do use them consecutively. I hope this answers some of the questions

Today we are resting and refeeding tomorrow.
After that who knows what we will be doing.
What I do want to say is this.
It’s been a sad week for our community.
2 men lost their lives. I guess what I’m trying to say is I wish to show my respects to them and secondly to you all. We are part of a community that should always stick together.
I would like to thank everyone for following this process.
Remember if you don’t ask you don’t get so fire over anything you’d like to know.

Steps are only 6000 and 8000 daily so the demand just isn’t that high really 🙂

How are we feeling.. pretty dam good all things considered.
Jordan tonight said he feels we are in the perfect spot for this time.
Not ahead not behind.
In the past I’ve pushed and pushed and eaten away at my body in order to do what I think was necessary in order to hit the right condition but condition with muscle loss won’t cut it. Weight was was 112.7 today and it’s a rest day tomorrow . The absence in periworkout glycogen will see a drop. That is something we can see every time now. Last week’s lowest after rest day was 112.6 so as the weeks go by we are hitting new lows. This is vital as obviously the objectiveis to come down in body fat and that means weight. However we are cautious to the pace of poss and that’s where this prep has been and is interesting we let it drop then we feed.. Let it drop then we feed.. zigzaging our way down to the required weight and condition. So we shall see what the bext few days entails.. there comes a point that either activity must rise or consumption must come down. Currently energy is pretty good as is strength. I could easily do more steps daily but he may decide food manipulation is better in order to keep me more rested.. Who kmows.. I know this.. I’ll let you know once I do.. there is a lot of logic to this game and trade offs.. just got to find the right trade off for you.

Regarding bcaas with fasted cardio.
That’s always just been how is do it. For reason you mention. I feel it’s my safety buffer basically and always a great way to chug down son fluids early in the day. Plus I tend to use xtend with has your electrolytes covered too brother.

The refeeds are solely dependent on progress meaning one weak I might or might not get one .. luckily atm we’ve been moving at good pace and Jordan actually wants to stop my weight from dropping too fast now. We are seeing patterns now and noticing drops so again experimenting with loads etc.

Right so checked in tiday few adjuatments main in being cardio up to one hour daily now ???? the joys!
Food remaining for now and a scheduled feed for Saturday (being push day)
Weights at an all time low however it’s time to make it happen 🙂 gear 3 to 4 now
