    Hi Rotties

    I have in fact tried 3 on one off..

    My only concern with that was my legs being pretty dominant felt they were taking away recovery from my upper body when trained that close to it.

    I’d find is hit legs and and be aching alot on my top half the day after.

    Almost as though all the recovery was flowing to upper body.. UNTIL I DECIMATE legs.. then it felt as though recovery would be redirected to my legs .. leaving the rest of my body somewhat half recovered. The rest day for me just ensures recovery is final.

    Hope that makes sense bud.

    If volume was even lower I’d perhaps get away with it 🙂

    Honestly in fine on pretty much 85% of things.. the only time I really notice is when I have to boost things up myself or dumbbell pressing .. so mainly pressing suffers a little while coming down for me.

    Pull and legs though becoming tough .. are not as tough as push.

    I feel alot if it is because I don’t feel so based.. when heavier you just have this way about you.. males things lighter to set up etc. If that makes sense. However if strength drops too.much we will be sire to manipulate calories to give back much needed energy when needed. Typically around a push day.

    Weight tiday upon rising

    115.8kg

    Exactly 1kg down from last week’s lowest.

    So we have decided to push a little more seeing as today is pull day.

    I do t suffer too much on such days..

    However push day is a different story.. our goal is to protect push day as best as we can and keep those body parts full and present.

    But sure what we will be doing tomorrow .. we may not do anything and keep pushing on.. I’ll let Jordan know weight in the morning and see from there.

    Happy weight is moving down at a decent rate.. nithing extreme but visibly noticeable changes each week that comes around.

    Honestly me and Jordan came to the conclusion that my recovery is slightly better than his own.

    We can definately throw in a few more technical sets and still progress.

    I discuss this a little on my talk with Scott on Advices radio.

    Furthermore that interview is available now.

    Hi Tyler.

    Yes managing everything.

    Obviously we bounce ideas and if anything needs modifications we meet where we must.

    However fortunately everything has kind of worked will from the off with our routine. We added a couple movments or sets here and there but the main skeleton is still very very present

    All.comsist of carbs the bulk being intra and post 🙂

    Around 25% is in the two meal pre gym and the rest In the remaining bud

    Right so weights down to an all time low this prep.. sitting at 116.8 kg this morning.

    Got a push session coming up and will be sending pictures to Jordan.

    Cardio currently at 5 x 45mis weekly.

    So we’ve staggered as such since introducing cardio.

    4 x 25

    3 x 30

    5 x 30

    5 x 45

    All while pulling back the pod slightly though food has been stable since the last cardio changes as weight has continued to pull of at a decent rate.

    We sent actually using any off the counter or over the counter fat burning aids yet and I feel that we will save for if we hit a plateau.. keeping options open.

    It’s hard to say but stage time we reckon we will a few kilo up from last time. Aiming for around 110 stage times vs 106 past time round.

    Right new week few changes

    Cardio ^ to 5 x 45 minutes
    Steps up by 500 daily

    FOOD remaining the same for now.

    Adjustment on “supplements”

    Training has been reasonable and strength on most exercises has been sustained..

    The workout if find hardest to keep strong are definately the push sessions.

    I have been able to beat by best numbers on legs pretty much week in week out.

    I’d account this to the rest day intake either side of legs.

    Current split

    Pull
    Push
    Off
    Legs
    Off

    So the rest is definately helping.. may push that rest around push if my needed.

    As far as what cardio am I doing.. simply incline walking.

    Steps are done on rest days out and about.. visiting parks or villages and getting about.. training days more local street walks as time is more limited.

    Weight was down to 117 Sunday.. after reefeed 119.8 so nothing too drastic.. time for another string push.

    Cardio changes alone should see some good change this week.
