    today woke up at 286lbs all time heavy weight so far since comps

    body fat is relatively low and fitness is pretty good..pumps and strength are good too

    watch my video on cardio.. that’s my personal opinion as to why my body is on decent shape despite increasing food

    My man just train and eat more for one day… it won’t cause any issues .. doesnt even have to be overly calculated for one day.. be strict alll other days and you will he fine

    Brendan you will laugh.. I have no idea.. I’m the guy who let’s the professionals read my bloods. I’m not even the slightest bit interested in being able to read them. I’m happy being the guy who eats the chicken and lifts the weights.  I here people to do that side. I honestly just like to get the results checked by a pro .. they tell me what needs amending and I tackle the situation.. I’m a bodybuilder in y2k eyes.. i stay in my lame and focus on being the best I can at that. it’s very new school that people can read bloods and it’s good that they can but I’m affraid I’m old school as fuck. I still write my doet on paper with a pen.. I still do my morning cardio steady state… I still try to eat as much as I can … I’m too simple really and never have cared for reading my own bloods ???? I hope my honesty isn’t a problem .. one thing I’ll never do is pretend I know things I don’t. I owe you guys more than that

    mate I’d honestly lose my marbles if I had to keep an eye on absolutely everything!!! Hahaha wouldn’t enjoy it anymore and I’d no doubt become the guy who has a bigger brain than biceps (which isn’t a bad thing) just doesn’t help when you are a professional and your body is your income lol

    The problem is far too many people get too wrapped up in the little things but don’t do the most important thing which is to train like a fucking animal. As you know it’s all about eating the right foods, training hard, recovering and being consistent with it all… SIMPLE! Keep smashing it mate and motivating us all – looks like big things are coming in 2020![/quote]
    If our focus is on the things that don’t overly matter.. we will spend years not moving forward…

    Hi Jack, it’s personally never happened to me but it does happen to other people. James even carries a lot of water in his legs if his cardio is too high so if your pre contest just be aware of it and maybe also adjust the type of cardio your doing.

    100% a tried stressed body whether it be cv.. weights..General fatigue.. can certainly cause this.. take a couple days off cv for sure

    Hey folks rest day today

    was up in Norfolk tending do some family stuff

    picked a beautiful plot in a woodland burial for mum’s ashes

    I think she would have liked it

    so yeah… no gym… solid day of eating with one meal off

    If you are looking dry as fuck with it in. don’t drop it.

    if you drop it and you look good now you will change maybe for the better or May be not.

    typcially it is dropped 2 weeks out but from experience now I would disagree with dropping it if the look you desire is the look you essentially have

    bottom line is water will no doubt be manulated as the show draws so why drip the HGH

    there are arguments for both but it can keep you feeling fresh.. looking full and the less changes th easier it is to agree with the path you choose
