    so today was a gentle one to put it bluntly .. needed though

    we hit pull yesterday and the back segment was so good I wanted to call it a day there

    so today we went to the gym and done the unimaginable… arms!

    i have to day it was welcome mentally refreshing and we had a good workout

    tbh I always fuck around and at times wish I didn’t..

    we know that manipulations can pay off.. but at the same time they can be some what detrimental if not executed precisely.

    take notes it all incan suggest and keep them! use them and amend them..they will come in handy..

    So topic of discussion today between myself and Louis was recovery

    we noticed that the last couple if weels We have noticed a dip.

    not 100% sure as to why

    funny as the anabolics have gone up seemingly the worse it has been

    on my cruise i felt invincible

    going to try and ride it out and if you check my cycle I have in fact made changes. hopefully the changes will help

    for the mean time me and Louis will scale back slightly on training

    may even hit a cursed bro split off a week or two whole this is going on haha

    Hi James was wondering for PPL do you have a set workout for each day so set workout for push 1 pull 1 legs 1 and push 2 pull 2 legs 2, if so do you keep these workouts the same each week and how often do you change them also what do the workouts look like and do you have a different focus on specific muscles or something else each week/session compared to last eg push 1 more chest push 2 more shoulders thanks

    hey bud so I should and will have set rotation (when I was cruising I was free styling but still doing push pull)
    so now sticking to 2 rotations of each my man
    one push day leads with delts other leads with chest
    one leg day starts with hams and the other quads ????

    pull days tend to remain set instant with upper back and work my way down then follow with rears and biceps

    Refreshing to hear that you ain’t into the science of bodybuilding and that you just like to train like an animal. That’s the same as me and I often hear the young guys starting out talking about the science etc and I have no clue about science – just lift heavy shit for as many reps as you can, eat like a monster and throw a little gear and you grow. It’s actually such a simple process.

    Hey guys. thanks for answering. Yes, I’m aware it’s not the best protein source, but I use it more like a “filler” tor each my calories (or indeed mix it with some whey). It also sits well in my stomach I must say.

    I’m more wondering if a product like this is “unhealthy” or does more harm than good in a certain way, aside from the protein quality etc?

    won’t harm you bud you’d have to consume a tone to have any negatives from such product. you are good to go

    Haven’t really seen much on the forums about your first cycle brother. Be very interested to know how your body responded, how you felt physically/emotionally at that time.

    Did you gain a lot of weight quickly, how you matched training and food etc.

    It’s a very exciting time and I’m sure you’ve got really good insight.

    God first cycle was like 2006 or something .. i was Young! too young

    d bol 40mg a day for a few weeks!!! didn’t eat right or anything as didn’t know what was required back then

    I was about 17 at the time

    my first injectable cycle was something along the lines of test and under the guidance of one of my best mates

    I did 250mg sus and 200 deca

    can’t remember feeling anything but fucking great !!!! the sus was actually ombadren I believe mmm trying to remember the details.. all I knew is I was addmimant i wanted to be the best jr bodybuilder

    I was hungry

    bodybuidling wasn’t popular m. it was obscure and looked upon as odd… thst was the allure. . j wanted to be different .. a rarity in the world.. things are so different now… believe me it was another world entirely back then
