    Brendan you will laugh.. I have no idea.. I’m the guy who let’s the professionals read my bloods. I’m not even the slightest bit interested in being able to read them. I’m happy being the guy who eats the chicken and lifts the weights. I here people to do that side. I honestly just like to get the results checked by a pro .. they tell me what needs amending and I tackle the situation.. I’m a bodybuilder in y2k eyes.. i stay in my lame and focus on being the best I can at that. it’s very new school that people can read bloods and it’s good that they can but I’m affraid I’m old school as fuck. I still write my doet on paper with a pen.. I still do my morning cardio steady state… I still try to eat as much as I can … I’m too simple really and never have cared for reading my own bloods ???? I hope my honesty isn’t a problem .. one thing I’ll never do is pretend I know things I don’t. I owe you guys more than that

    all is well
    slight elevation of oestrogen so Jordan has advised Dim supplemented to help correct
    other than that was surprised how good things are looking!!!
    feeling pretty good
    alight increase of omega 3 required and off love heart and cure coming bit nothing drastic..  body is in a good place

    elevated a touch but nothing crazy. me and Jordan agreed that where I am is actually likely a good place to be for this current time in my off season

    right little update
    Chris has opted to pull test down to just 250 weekly now and that is it..
    I have an inclin of what his plans and reasoning is..
    I briefly discussed with Jordan and we agree on what we believe is the method
    on top of that blood WORK is being done Wednesday so that will also determine where we are at
    I’m in no major rush and still feel strong.. well and ready when ever the time comes to push

    I’m not a fan as moat are just IMO in abunndance (fibre gel) but that’s my opinion..

    I do however agree with Clare’s point about if your body agrees with them and they fit in your allocated diet totals then perhaps you could have.

    but yes whey is whey.. and whey alone.. vs bars are essentially a snack/ meal replacement

    just back from the gym

    today we hit legs

    noticing i am still progressing on the V squat every session

    it’s certainly showing in my quads!

    today we had company so there was 4 of us training.. though this had zero detrimental effect on the session

    we added rest pause and forced relations to really hammer us all down

    session looked as follows .. basic but spot on

    leg extension
    1 set all out Rest pause

    v squat quad emphasis
    2 sets
    1 load 1 back off

    leg press high and wide glute emphasis
    2 amrap sets same weight

    lying curls
    1 drop set
    1 back off set no drop

    abductor
    2 working sets
    progressing weight first to second set

    crunches
    3 sets of 20
