    I think it’s a great idea Tbh I myself would add say 2 tbs to a couple of meals a day then taper up to 4 or so.. as that then doesn’t make the meals feel bigger but the cals are their and they taste great.. olive oil Everything!!!!

    hey brother I never really did the eat all I can to get the weight on . always been pretty strict

    I wouldn’t take fats too high but i wouldnt be shy of them st the same time you can take in a good quantity in the off season for sure

    Id happy allocate around 120g into.a day throughout most of the meals

    So today has been a pretty good one

    so far I’ve managed to hit a.m cardio .. train.. and am on route to my mother’s house.

    tomorrow is a big day as we say goodbye

    I feel …. a bit numb to it all yet my motivation for actual #bodybuilding is building every day

    it’s funny .. no matter what happens…when you want to become or dream of achivment .. nothing seemingly stands in your way.. the hunger is deep and the will is strong

    I suppose all of this has juat encouraged me to chase harder the dream.. it’s almost as if I’ve realised mortality and don’t want to take for Granted and days now

    Agreed on the above… unless you’re huge (we need proof) or have incredible experience working at the top of the industry… I think more reading, less talking. The athlete logs are the athletes logs, we care only about that athlete.

    from where you are you could grow and get leaner

    people..many won’t believe me…

    but say you don’t do cardio…trsinjng is mediocre atm.. nutrition isn’t ace…and gear is non existent (if you use or plan too)

    you implement all into practice

    cardio 20 mins 5 x a week a.m
    food up to 6 high quality meals a day
    training (you begin to track it all and give it 100%)

    if you plan on using or even just using high quality supplements to assist.. get a good regime with them… all those factors contribute into an epic change.. I know people disagree with what can be done but imo I know what can and it all depends where you want to go from here

    so today was a little different

    we hit legs.

    Louis has been a little under the weather and I’m honestly a little beat up on the lower half!

    so we had what was essentially a reserved session.. held back from absolute failure nut still pished close too

    opted to stay away from free weight work

    movements today went a follows

    kneeling curls

    2 sets of 10-12

    lying curls

    2 sets of 15-20

    V squat

    2 sets of 12-15

    single press

    2 sets of 15-20

    extension

    1 set of rest pause but staying shy of failure by 2 reps per round

    abductor

    2 sets of 10

    adductor
    2 sets of 12-15

    seated calf raise

    3 sets of 20

    hopefully tomorrow we both feel 100%.. all you can do is rest up
    .drink .. eat and chill

    push tomorrow ????

    diet ‘remains the same at current.. I have a few meals off hear and there but other than that it’s a stable plan.. same one obviously posted My good man .. I eat out 2 or so times a week and dislike a little chocolate fix atm

    I’ve used Rohm and dimensions both seemed good.. the Rohm one my blood pressure blew up and nose bleeds came! same with medtech actually .. not a fan of halo

    It’s a tricky question and to be fair only blood work will tell.

    What I mean is some people are simply more prone to different estrogenic side effects like gyno, acne etc.

    So whilst some people can get away without using any some people can’t. And also with that low dose of test you might even need an AI per se but maybe SERM (tamoxifen). Now having said that I’d still keep an AI at hand in case you might need it.

    Now as far as dosing goes, for AI (aromasin for instance) I’d probably start off with 12.5mg EOD or perhaps e3d depending on how sensitive you are and adjust according to your blood work. For nolvadex I think good starting point would be 20mg a day.

    Oh and when it comes to using t4 I assume this due to the whole conversion process of t4 to t3?

    But maybe James can elaborate on that a bit more as I am also curious about how all that works ????

    My reasoning for t4 is from my understanding not so much literature

    I want to avoid t3 as much as I can so opt for t4

    I’m off everything bar test and mast with Aromasin at 25mcg as stated 2 x weekly

    I prefer t4 personally it’s just my opinion and that is my recommendation for low test as mine is pretty low too
