personally I wouldn’t bother. if you are someone that is experienced with insulin there is nerrit to micro dosing to bring BG down but I will say this. this is just something I’d suggest for anyone other than those who are extremely professional in their approach and take this very very seriously. it’s not worth doing for 99.9 percent.. trust me on this.m BG will drop after a few minutes of cardio anyway so … Yep don’t bother really let the BG drop the natural way and leave the manipulations to some crazy mofos who get paid to do this

I think this is nice on paper but wouldn’t be something of adhere to as I personally believe more on keeping splits 100% consistent without changes on rotations.. I speak on it because believe me I’ve tried everything and found simple works best

you may do this and find it amazing but the more simple an approach the easier it is to manipulate cone show time etc..

I think of those particular body parts are week .. then keep the split more like it is on rotation 3 all the way though

    right

so today was a little different

    we hit legs.

Louis has been a little under the weather and I’m honestly a little beat up on the lower half!

so we had what was essentially a reserved session.. held back from absolute failure nut still pished close too

opted to stay away from free weight work

    movements today went a follows

    kneeling curls
    2 sets of 10-12

    lying curls
    2 sets of 15-20

    V squat
    2 sets of 12-15

    single press
    2 sets of 15-20

    extension
1 set of rest pause but staying shy of failure by 2 reps per round

    abductor
    2 sets of 10

    adductor
    2 sets of 12-15

    seated calf raise
    3 sets of 20

hopefully tomorrow we both feel 100%.. all you can do is rest up
    .drink .. eat and chill

    push tomorrow 🙂

Hi James , just a question on how Chris manages your diet when he doesn’t necessarily dictate your output/training volume? It’s obviously nothing new for him since a lot of his guys like Jamie Do rego and Shawn have someone else oversee their training. I’m really interested to know if it’s a case of him adjusting your diet based on the training you and Jordan set out or you both adjust the training based on the diet .

    Thanks mate

so… I think people are too into calculations .. NEAT… EXPENDITURE.. INTAKE ETC.. the thing is Chris is like me.. have a diet ..  try it.. see what way your body goes.. then adjust.. he doesn’t try or claim  to get it correct right off the bat. as nor would I. it’s cool because we just give one another feedback and take.it from there. food isn’t adjusted to suit training nor is training adjusted to suit food.. it’s a  gradually made equation and eventually you find your groove really. it’s old school.. not a Calorie calculated … same way I always helped people

truth is you can so wrapped up on calculations that you / we become 1 a slave to bidybuding and 2 lose enjoyment  in following the process.. Yes some people out there are extremely anal and love to know everything.. me personal I just need to know the plan and that is enough for me. leave me to execute it 100% while you (coach or who ever).) can concern them selves with all the calculations ???? hope that helps

Yes mate absolutely makes sense really appreciate the response. That’s exactly how I’ve prepped myself for shows and my clients, start a plan, see what happens, make changes accordingly. I have zero interest in overcomplicating it and counting to the last kcal, like you say it will cause stress and take away the enjoyment.

Great to know that even one of the top coaches in the sport takes this approach ????[/quote]

Try what I do lead push with delts one day next rotation chest and so on…

I typcially do all delt movements first being typcially laterals then overhead press.. then follow with chest press and additional chest work.. (alternate to chest then delts next session) this really let’s me focus on each movement more on their given day I feel

this may clear things up for a few of you so post here as well as Instagram 🙂

Anyone that knows me well knows that I follow Jordans advised push/pull/legs routine

I hit 2 sets total per an exercise
Occasionally doing just 1 depending on how spent I am from said exercise

I rest for around 2 to 3 minutes per a set and never feel the need to rush back into the exercise

I want optimal performance for every single rep of every single set I do

That means I need to recover between sets in order to deliver

My workouts are typcially set up like so

    This is an example
    Delts 2 exercises
    Chest 3 exercises
    Triceps 2 exercises
Calves or abs (1 exercise) as I rotate between the two bodypart on each training day

I perfect a movement before I increase the weight

    Execution 1st weight 2nd

1 do 3 days on 1 day off. So a full training cycle rest and repeat

Hope the above helps 🙂 Training by @trainedbyjp
