started working with Chris at 270lb sitting at around 278lb now
we plan on sticking to cruise protocol until early September as I’ll be taking bloods then
I have a drs appointment tomorrow to check out a lump I’ve had on my stomach (not visible) for a long while… before last few shows.
just want to see what it is and if it needs sorting then now is the time
will be training push with louis tomorrow then celebrating my good friend Jon (owner of kings gyms) 60th

How would you rate this piece of equipment assuming, that you have been testing others before? Is it much different than putting small plates under your heels?
is that a brand?? my friend had this one made .. but yes it’s ideal because it is stable and wide so you can play with stance with no risk of collapse.. defiantly worth having.. it’s made of steel also

I’d always suggest initial exercise of the session take as dam long as you need and work up real slow . only get one chance per a working to get the initial warm up.. don’t waste it.. I might take 6 or 7 rounds of kit I pressing before I’m even close to considering loading that bar ..after exercise one in pretty warm so warm up drops dramatically

it is reported that @jordanpeters once done an entire wine glass full prior to pull day .. No one was there to witness this but the numbers in the session would definately back it up… perhaps he’s just dam strong ??? in all seriousness we had a go at 24g a few times

one being perhaps not long after you wake
then pre bed
I typically do 8 drops.. want ever that easy as too

currently mentally debating going forward on all fronts. @jordanpeters and I have discussed the possibility of me working with aceto as previously discussed
however currently I won’t walk into to anything until I’m 100% ready to knuckle down to of which like i say atm isn’t the goal. the goal is recharge.. enjoy and focus on content. I’ll be picking arse in the gym. just more relaxed with nutrition until the time comes to settle back in

in all honesty it’s hard to explainI would recommend trying it then giving me feedback on here
it’s a movement a good friend of mine uses and so I gave it a try and found it very accurate especially when followed by regular style flys
