    good morning guys but much to report but I’ll be uploading the last 2 days sessions on here today. pull and push

    so keep eyes peeled.

    currently mentally debating going forward on all fronts. @jordanpeters and I have discussed the possibility of me working with aceto as previously discussed

    however currently I won’t walk into to anything until I’m 100% ready to knuckle down to of which like i say atm isn’t the goal. the goal is recharge.. enjoy and focus on content. I’ll be picking arse in the gym. just more relaxed with nutrition until the time comes to settle back in

    When post workout would you shoot the insulin, do you stick to a set time after training and when would you eat your post workout meal also?

    I like to eat my post meal when BG is around 4.5 so time can vary.. I kept my approach from previous prep

    I used to do a very basic carb cycle wjen cutting

    in first to admit I have never partially worked out a caloirie requirement for myself in my entire life.. I just take what I am currently doing (at the point of deciding to adopt a cycle approach)

    then basically just play with numbers

    say my base diet was 500carbs I’d shoot in the dark quite honestly and go say

    1. 600
    2.300
    3.300
    4.600
    5.300
    6.300
    7.150

    3 different numbers and make sire the total over the week equates to less than the previous total before going on cycle approach

    so 500 x 7 is obviously way more than the numbers above added up..

    ideally just find the total and make sure you are getting lower and lower over the period of the diet.. distribute as you will.. you may find leg day you need more csrbs so out the highest there etc

    single leg press 2 working sets

    glute work with cables ( hip drives with rope 3 sets of 15

    db hamstring curls 2 working sets

    db rdls 2 working sets
    barbell reverse lunges 2 working sets

    went as follows

    prime shoulder press
    2 sets
    5plate a.s x 8
    4 plate a.s x 12

    standing db laterals (not lowering the db all the way)
    2 sets
    20kg x 15
    20kg x 15

    arsenal flat machine press
    2 sets
    4plates and a 10 a.s x 10
    4plates a.s x 15

    arsenal leg fly
    2 sets
    this was done specially (check my Insta later to see)
    I don’t count reps on this just go to the biting point

    standing cable fly
    2 sets
    50kg a.s x 15-20 on both

    ez tricep push down (cable)
    2 sets
    40kg x 12-15 both sets

    single arm extension (see instagram)
    2 sets of 15-20 reps

    I have seen you haven’t been posting your insulin use this time round, I’m currently starting my cycle for it 6-8 weeks to see how I get on, using a fast-acting through a pen, I would like to know your take on what units to be using to get the most benefits?

    potatoes are only 17g of csrbs per 100 are vs rice at 75g so that’s why there is a big difference
