Yeah agree with matt.. lielky BG is returning to low to fast as body might be kicking out too much slin.. I’d go with the try a little more food to counter this

Noticed the toast for breakfast on insta or is it carbs for breakfast and cheat meal at the end of the day with no carbs for the meals in between? Cheers
hey Joe so carbs are present even on rest days with Chris.
I know I won’t probably stay as lean but.. the objective now really is new tissue so .. I’m fine with anything suggested
I’m not 100% on plan as with this situation with mum I would actially be mad at myself if I didn’t allow myself some ease off with the family. say grandma and grandad visit to see mum.. I’d hate to not have a cup of tea and a cake with them.. it’s precious time so… I can be 100% soon when the dust settles.. I can’t still progress at current and mentally.its a nice place.to be

he has an amazing approach and is always looking to improve on what is already proven to work. like me he just wants to get better
in regards to bro split.. My only reasoning to suggesting it would he when you are extremely beat up and recovery is tough.. Thats why I do a couple shows then switch for a short time and revert back to push pull once calories go back in
I was torn between aceto and Patrick Tour
but Jordan and the guys have always said to me go aceto so I thought listen to the team and see it happen. I’m just happy to learn and see others perspectives____________________________

Did that myself for a while after you mentioned, was great! Way more recovery when I was off. Currently in a blast so doubting to stay on this split or just Legs Push Pull Rest repeat because obviously recovery is better/faster now..[/quote]

right so… sorry not much to report at current guys.. kinda floating at the min on cruise , no idea what aceto has in store for once it’s over.. I’m as unaware as.you all at this point.. kind of excited as it’s all new for me x

I’ve never really worried what days i do it on
though I’d choose wisely what apparatus you use.
I’d happily walk most days but feel leg day bike is great .. lower impact and helpful for recovery.. of you don’t like doing it on leg day personally..that’s also fine.. just get a routine YOU like and know you can adhere to 🙂

current diet I posted (pics) a page or so backbeen eating the plan 85% if I’m honest
being here I found myself lost with time sometimes.
my mother had a really good morning full of chat yesterday and i forgot to eat my pre meal ????
also if I fancy something I have it as there is sometimes more important things going on.
however that being said… I NEVER UNDEREAT only OVER eat and it is Off Season so….

Have you tried some private care for your mum ? I know AJ morris mum was in hospice (I cant recall name ) and he said they were really happy with level of service she received. I don’t know your exact mum situation but maybe try to contact AJ and he might be able to point to right direction.

I wanted mum in a hospice.. she loves in Norfolk and there is literally one place with only 16 beds to cover the entire Norfolk.. and a waiting list.. it’s crazy

Question for you James: I am currently running 5iu’s Meditrope Blacktop HGH. I was thinking 2iu upon waking, 1.5iu Pre-workout & then 1.5iu Post-Workout. My first meal is my Pre-workout since I work 2nd shift. Just curious as to the best approach to running 5iu’s for maximum results. Also would you recommend T4? Thank you for your videos, they got me through my prep & provide great insight & knowledge!!

While I am not aware of the details of your mum’s situation, from what you have shared it is obviously dire. I watched my own mother fight a 2 year battle with ovarian cancer, a disease that reduced her from a strong and capable woman to a shadow of her former self, wracked with pain but never, never complaining. She fought for 2 years until she had no more fight in her and then she left us in 1997, gracefully with her dignity intact.
We had similar challenges with the health system but at the end of the day she was riddled with cancer and I don’t think it would have mattered what the doctors did. It was the iron that got me through this so I can relate to what you say.

for me this is great buddy. communication and being open here. I highlight this… Yes we are all bodybuilders but we are bodybuilders with tales to tell and experiences to share also.. these events strengthen us across all boards .. bodybuilding certainly is one of those. I agree with what you say and ultimately the end result will be what it is with such horrendous diseases

It’s fueling my workouts and my motivation is certainly high. the want to succeed for her is present so … it’s defo something to utilise and keep focus on.. purpose ultimately is the main driving force

bottom line is MPS paired with simple carbs is the key to recovery in the post training window
other meals want to be steady and keep blood sugar relatively stable
pre bed additional fats are often added to prevent hunger pangs and also you have a longer window to digest the food without having to force in another

Positive thoughts to you and your mum. I lost my mum to cancer at a young age so I have some appreciation for what you are dealing with.
In the “Committed” video when taking your orals on the morning of the contest you mentioned Anadrol to “keep you full”.
Would you mind sharing your protocol for pre-contest use of this compound? (I assume just the last few days when loading).
I would be interested in your views.

I have seen mum go from able to completely the opposite in a matter of days..
I wish I could document this entire event.. the truth is the systems in place have been an absolute failure.. communication between care has been almost non existent .. no one knows anything when they walk through our door. it’s like..how many times must we .. the family explain my mum’s illness.. where are the professionals and there notes???
this country doesn’t seem to be able to help to the standard it promises.. such a shame.. sorry to be somewhat depressing.. I just .. as I’ve said before treat this as a document for not only training but life itself.. I always do wish to be helpful in all areas and if i can shed light on something that may help others I always dam well will will
