  • water just determines length of activity in the body.. not much else I.m.o

    longer esters have slightly less uptake % wise but it’s minimal from my understanding

    you may notice a little conversion with long esters but normally when dose is high

    rest from the gym
    played a little bit of the new death stranding game , not sold on it yet
    actually got a massive headache from playing it lol
    tomorrow back in the gym to destroy some back

    mate i haven’t actually played it yet but hearing mostly good reviews

    though I thought the last star was film was mediocre at best i am still looking forward to the last one… think they might be able to pull off something relatively ok…

    in regards to games I’m looking forward to … it’s got to be the resident evil 3 remake

    bottom line is.. you can’t be stuffed after each meal and expect to process it all

    youbhavw to really monitor feeding times vs hunger (if any)

    how long is it after a meal that you feel ready to eat..

    I would always opt for keeping the diet as 6 meals and creep cals in from easily digestible fats (if really struggling to grow)

    a few tablespoons of olive oil a meal or avacado in 3 of 6 meals away from gym session…

    also look at activity and of its excessive then yes either eat more or aim to reduce Overal output

    maybe the volume in the gym needs to be reduced.. perhaps 1 working set per an exercise is all a hard gainer really needs… there isn’t one way to fix this

    so many variables but hopefully that if which we have all mentioned steer you in a direction that helps bud

    I think your coach is being smart. trying to maximise the most out of the least

    you aren’t a big Person naturally it seems so I give credit to him.

    I feel good when i cruise on 250 and I’m 130kg typcially or there abouts

    I think in time you could add more yes but it would be cool to see what your coach has planned for you

    he may well intro some mast or primo perhaps.. maybe even low dose tren .. there are many ways he could go..

    of you’re getting pretty good results of keep on the chosen path mate

    pre gym carb and pro drink (ready break &  whey)
    intra shake (performance fuel , jpeaa)
    post solid meal (say potato chicken)

    I find certain foods, like James suggested are really easy to process and i can eat them 30 to.45mins pre without any issues energy or digestion wise. Liquid option like James suggested is ideal. Could even have it pre made in the fridge so as soon as your up Its ready to go.

    solid work today
    pushed ourselves In The gym and it paid off
    thinking I will be at an all time strength this off season
    all we are aiming to do is size up now
    so… with that Said .. we will do all that we can
    I’m feeling good. appetite is alight and mood is so peaceful..  feel like I’ve started a new chapter a good one and happy one at that

    hey bud

    so luke is on a very low volume phase atm which suites me to a t

    for example today was just quads

    leg extension
    1 loading set
    1 Back off with rest pause

    leg press
    regular reps to failure

    partial reps to failure

    deadstop partial reps to failure

    all in one set

    hack squat
    1 all out set to failure

    then abs

    we also cycled for 6 minutes before quads.

    I’m following suit for the moment as he is sparing his Time and allowing me to train alongside him

    feel best up and tbh just like Jordan says.. when the sets are 100% of all you have … You don’t have to have an extensive list of exercises … of you gave it 100 you couldn’t in fact

    Jordan typcially controls all my training but he has said this is good and we have both agreed it’s within my capability/ recovery for this point of my off season (cruise phase)

    bottom line is.. lift heavy.. controlled and to failure..

    never leave a rep in the tank unless it’s for warm up sake
