If you mean post workout it shouldn’t really effect your weight training it will just deplete your glycogen stores even more before having your post workout meal.

Horrible thing to go through mate I went through it with my mother (lung cancer) was with her at every stage and thankfully we got lucky and she’s still with us today and I really do think a positive mindset and being super healthy in general helped us. Wishing you luck and positive blessings mate.

Thanks guys means alot. As you all know this isn’t jsut an athlete log.for me… for me it’s a diary.. a personal log and a place for me to converse with people. some who have shared many similar experiences some who habent and yet might. one thing I want from this log is to share and to help. yes my life is pretty much bodybuilding but I too want to be able to discuss life matters and thankfully you all make me feel able to do so.
I visited mum today with My grand parents and aunty
more so than anyone I think it’s hardest in my grandparents. they have lost one child already a few years back. my uncle passed away suddenly and it was hard.
it’s never east but all you can do is stick together. love one another and be there
on the bodybuidling side of things I think I’ve decided on what’s happening from here coach wise 🙂
I’ll save that for tomorrow’s update.
training wise actually has a fantastic session with my good friend Matty and his misses today. he has offered to step in while I’m up in Norwich and train with me. I’m lucky to have made many friends from this game over the years
janicke will be looking after our home in London and Monty our cat. I know I’m going to miss her terribly during the weeks but I also knkw she feels that what I’m doing by being here is right.
I’m lucky to have her and love her for all that she is.
