Home now literally just landed back
things have taken a little turn here in regard to my mother’s health so I may be in Norwich for the foreseeable future
if so I’ll be training at fully pumped and obviously still film for you all as ibwant to show you everything I do and that doesn’t change even if things in my life do.
Thankfully Janicke is supportive of me being around for my mother atm so that relives stress. will be hard as will have to be away from her and kings for a while but will make it work.. bottom line is wjat ever happens and where ever we are .. we stay COMMITTED

Hi James I just wanted to come here and personally thank you for the Committed series. Definitely one of the top bodybuilding “documentaries” I’ve watched so far. I’ve always looked up to and admired British bodybuilders. Very humble and down to Earth people with a work ethic that surely is second to none.
Lastly I wanna wish all the best for your career James. You are going to have a bright future ahead of you.

The main man i found woth helpful info is Dr Jordan Shallow . know you have said you’ve watched videos. however maybe if you take a look you might find something useful you haven’t seen yet. if not definately need to get a real check up ..when I’ve had niggles massed of warm ups on the rear.delts actually helped alot… keep us all posted

Barcelona day one today
trained Push at h2 gym.
me and my friend (sorted the visit) are basically educating the locals in the benefits of push pull splits
been a solid days work and i think we are winning the war haha
interesting place. missing home as I’ve been traveling so much this year but at the same time I’m super gratful to have such oppurtinity in my.life. when I get back I think I’ll sleep.for a week.. pull tomorrow !!!

Why the T4 pre bed and not on wake with the GH mate ?
just always done my t4 pm and of ever t3 used am so event without t3 I keep t4 at pm

litertly just need to try differnet things my man and see what feels best. i find oil heavy food gives me the runs so perhaps avoid anything too oily

James how’s your diet looking bro? Not seen your full diet regime up in a while
hey Jimmy it’s because currently indon t have a set diet. whilst on cruise I’ll aim to just eat well and lots of it .. once the 8 week cruise is done we will set a diet

Hej James I saw you used inj win mixed with carnatine, does it hurt less that way? I think inj win is awesome but no one seems to use it because of the terrible pip?

so this week so far has been decent
cruising on 400 test , 100 mast e and 2 Aromasin a week
just tidied up the diet so been able to reintroduce hgh at 2iu in the am pre cardio
still doing low intensity as I did previous off season.. it worked so why not..
sitting at 275 now. my body returns to this weight with out much of a push
hopefully now strength starts to reapply begin to pic up with this additional bodyweight
t4 still present at 100mcg pre bed
other than that that’s pretty much it
actually running mps only intra atm as I’ve been eating large amounts so won’t reintro CARBS intra just yet.
that will come when I decide to push harder as I’ll reintro slin at the same time
saving myself for when it’s needed as I want this Off Season to be progressive and the bodyweight to increase over time.
so step by step I’ll introduce what’s need to make the changes my body needs
we actually have begun to slightly scale back leg sessions again
throwing in intensifies and limiting the amount of sets but being way more accurate in what we do actually do
our main lift is now the v squat and we won’t perform more than 1 all out set on there per a workout now as I want that lift to climb dramatically. always found led a sets done the stronger under when it is Time to go at it again
