    Perosnally I lower mine slightly and if anything up my carbohydrates to compensate.. like to give my body a little rest from extreme protein consumption and the carbs are sparing also So makes sense

    Hey guys last day is Norway today then back to England.

    filming with Chris for episode 5 tomorrow.

    I was planning on hitting a good shop

    let me know if you folks have anything in particular you want to see it want to know.

    I’ll be training also with @louismoylan of course

    flying out Friday to train some friends in Barcelona also.

    we aim to try and film don’t some of that trip

    unfortunately chirs is busy filming milos sarcev seminar that weekend so can’t take him with me but we plan on providing alot of cool content from hwre on out..  no rush to be back in stage so big eating and big lifts coming up.
    . also let me know if there is anyone particular you would like me to hit a session with.  I plan on training with some of the very best

    I’m more (if I do) aggressive but I als9 lile to push cardio all year round.. I’m one of those gym hoars who likes to be there too much sometimes..  if I didn’t want to up activity along Side food is definately be more reserved and increase cals slowly

    of the 3 prop most common to cause pips so could be that.. depends on the oil .. I like ethyl olete based props .. very fine and goes in smooth nut also disperses well. check the oils.used
    . some are.too thick and sit around post injection

    my plan of attack with “supplements” is as follows

    this is my own approach

    50mg stanazol inj back loaded with 1ml l carnatine

    EOD

    Proviron 50mg daily (100mg from 3 days out)

    Tren ace 50mg

    Tren e 200mg

    Sus 150mg

    Mast e 200mg

    EOD

    Stanazol oral 50mg am 50mg pm daily

    Halotestin 10mg am 10mg pm daily

    Tamoxifen 2mg daily

    Adex 1mg daily

    Clen 80mcg daily (40 one week out)
    T3 25mcg am daily

    T4 100mcg daily pm

    Roacuttane 20mg am daily

    Ephradrine 8mg am cardio 8mg pre training daily (none rest days)

    Do u ever higher on t3? Or have u done it? Saw a video where u took 50mcg? Do u not  go that high more and why?

    How long time would u say to be on 50mcg if u need to get the last body fat of and don’t take all the muscle [/quote]
    I used t3 at 50 last year’s shows I believe and from them realised how much I flatter off hense why this year I was much more reserved .. you can get peeled with as little as 12.5 but 25mcg seems adequate and easy ish on the body
