Do u ever higher on t3? Or have u done it? Saw a video where u took 50mcg? Do u not  go that high more and why?

How long time would u say to be on 50mcg if u need to get the last body fat of and don’t take all the muscle [/quote]
I used t3 at 50 last year’s shows I believe and from them realised how much I flatter off hense why this year I was much more reserved .. you can get peeled with as little as 12.5 but 25mcg seems adequate and easy ish on the body

@diepo187 typcially I rotate the first moments from delt to chest depending how chest and delts feel.. if chest feels niggles (risk of being too cold) is hit delts movements 1st .. Not instinctive on push

My man one meal out isn’t going to change a single thing.

though I have to say I prefer chicken dishes than the fish ones.

there will be zero damage from this meal of you are sticking to plan all other times.. need these odd meals hear and there and they are by no means bad for you

I certainly don’t think it’s wrong to try .. but try and make amendments based in feedback from body. if you are a heavy eater. say the last meal before bed is typcially large and Calorie dense then I wouldn’t oppose to fasted training … though id still use both prepare and mps max at their advised times.

I say that because I’ve Perosnally been doing this the last few week’s since the show and it’s been great

today I’ve had the pleasure of training at ifbb pro tommi thorvildsen’s gym in oslo

tommi owns his own supplement line and is one of the last remaining old school bodybuilders in Norway

due to the situation with how steroids are looked upon there there is a huge shift towards the newer categories

it’s always good to find such people who are just like you.

we spoke about how he used to live in California and train at Venice beach golds.

he was one of the fortunate few to he taken out there by ed Connors as was Jay Cutler and other notable champions

the gym was small… messy and used.. I LOVED IT .. IT FELT LIKE

it felt like some one who loves the sport has accumulated equipment over the years and made do with the little personal space he has… you can feel it in the air.. the walls tell stories…signed pictures if the greats everywhere addressed to tommi.. he’s a man that has lived this.. these are the people we need to visit and learn from.. share their tales and keep this amazing culture alive.. as in truly alive.. nothing like the old school

Heavy as fuck is an understatement on that chest supported row , unless you’ve used that exact machine you can’t explain it

I feel you on that… I go there on Saturdays… heavy as shit but I swear it deload near the peak contraction… just heavy as fuck in the stretch

I’d look to maintain and aim to fight to keep a decent level of conditioning (similar to on cycle) as best i can.. then ince reintroduce gear push up.. I think maintaining is grest when off
