good morning guys but much to report but I’ll be uploading the last 2 days sessions on here today. pull and push

    so keep eyes peeled.

currently mentally debating going forward on all fronts. @jordanpeters and I have discussed the possibility of me working with aceto as previously discussed

however currently I won’t walk into to anything until I’m 100% ready to knuckle down to of which like i say atm isn’t the goal. the goal is recharge.. enjoy and focus on content. I’ll be picking arse in the gym. just more relaxed with nutrition until the time comes to settle back in

also.. atm in regards to eating..  this is the most relaxed I’ve ever been. My mind set right now is relax enjoy .. build up the appetite to kill it again.. which takes a little time of course.. I’m always and always have been gun hoe.. however I feel atm to move forward a step back is kind of necessary .. have to miss structure .. you have to crave it.. once you do then you will succeed massively in your chosen endeavours.  right now I’m using this time to be social with family etc. but also see a little more of the world as such too. All the while still traiming hard and being the person who got me here today.. I have some decisions to make for next season.. if I need a coach.. shows to do.. etc etc.. for now I’m chilled and simply reloading the ammunition:)

You bothering to track any thing at the minute food wise? Or you more just going by feel? [/quote]
tracking nothing nutrition wise currently just eat alot if protein and enjoying self for the time being. likely tomorrow will be my last day OF utter relaxing. then I’ve had a good week off basically. which I’ve never done

I would suggest cold pressed olive oil over butter but it can certainly fit in your plan if you don’t overdo it. Kerry gold was part of my diet for the British Grand prix. I had a small about on 2 English muffins daily .. it’s jist going to come down to your macronutrient demands and fulfilling them really

James, i know you made the conscious approach this last offseason to treat everything like a prep. Detailed and managed as well as possible. You also stayed ridiculously lean the entire time. Seeing how you did past season (LOTS of good placings), what do you see as a possible game plan?

It looks like you can easily hang as a top 5 competiting pro. Another offseason like you had would solify that.

But have you looked at another possible big growth offseason. To you, is there any benefit to you taking a year off and coming back to the stage a solid 270lb, thicker and with the same conditioning?

I feel like all pros look at their career early on and have to debate, “Ok, to max out my competition look, do i need to hit the stage at 245-255 lean and mean…or do i need to make a separation in size and muscle and come back at 270ish??” It’s like a Frank McGrath to a Roelly look? (maybe more like Gunter for you)

I think I can afford to get a bit fluffy now and spend longer away from stage.. really get string and solidify new tissue.. I won’t be as conscious about body fat this time that’s for sure.. I’ll just give my self longer to come down.. I want to be Let It 270 next time

I appreciate all the comments. It’s an interesting topic for sure and one I will certainly after a for the 2020 season.

my mind is open and for the next 8 weeks (cruise) I’ll think deeply about the next step.

I’ve been dieting hard for so long I think perhaps my head will serve me best ince I’m fatter lol

I have options and yes I think my placing are helpful in the fact that I’m not in need if babysitting jsut tweaking and guidence when the going gets tough. ideally I’d so it all myself but we all get prep brain close to show time.. want ever our credentials it seems

depends entirely on appetite when dieting I want more solid carbs so opt for the cream of rice.. off season when trying to get more calories in then the powders are a superb way to do so but both can be used at your discussion as long as macros meet your demands
