haha this is a good question.. and can vary depending on where you choose to shop and as to how you shop..
I spend around 100 every 3 to 4 days… I base that on being a heavier body builder and quite picky .. I spend little miney in anything else other than food and mortgage… I could lilely reduce cost by a third but I like certain foods and places when I shop

When is a case of recovery capabilities.. if you can handle them currently put them in one perhaps second loading exercise … see what happens and if progression is still prevalent .. if you stall if begin to suffer with recovery then pull.. that’s what me and @jordanpeters done with my training as prep drew on … there is no set time or rule.. comes down to what you get the most out of

Never had liquid. Always gone with tablets. Although I’ve seen many underdosed and some over dosed. Malay tiger were insane. They blew my head off lol
Only ever used Malay Clen. Using a 1/4 of a tab (supposedly 10mcg) and can feel that. 20mcg had me shaking. Used 40mcg for a week and felt jittery as hell. As ive never used any other Clen i thought how the hell people running 160mcg of this shit…… haha[/quote]
