so this week I’ve actually put together a diet that I’m happy with following until I decide plan of attack. Phil has said chill and enjoy the week so I’ll just take it one day at a time.. no pressure.. let’s see what the end of the week brings

I was doing something similar all prep.. it’s good means your nice and empty for the gym.. good blood flow and empty digestive system .. good for wither uptake of an intra or just to eliminate any bloating in genral.. periods of being empty are good for us I feel

I agree with @clare I’d opt for a baclload approach and place something heavier like oats in the later meals to prevent absolute ball busting hunger pangs

opt for last meal before bed .. then you will knock out from it and not may awake feeling terrible.. wake up fresh and hit the cardio

– 3x espresso and 4oz coffee
– meal 1 is 8am regardless of if you shitMeal 1 (8am) unsalted
4 whole eggs
3/4c cream of riceNo water
Meal 2 (11am)
6oz red meat unsalted
1 bagel w honey (75g)12:30 8oz coffee
Meal 3 (2pm) last meal to stage
8oz 80-85% lean Home made double burger (because we MAY opt for little salt) on bun no ketchup (bloats) no additional carbs[01/06, 13:30] Phil viz: Push back the 2pm meal to 3:30
Have 3/4c cream of rice now and few pinches of salt added
Also 1 bagel w honey

– 1.5 gal mostly between meals
– sodium normal but don’t salt last two meals
– pose 2 rounds gently 1.5hr post meal all meals and push that food in
– monitor BG and don’t eat unless BG under 85. If it’s not dropping we will pose more to make it drop.
– meals 1-4 check BG at 2hr mark
– meals 5-7 check at 1.5hr (since they’re 2hrs apart)M1
