don’t weigh rice oost cooked.. always weigh dry.. typcially 100g is 75g carbs – 80 ish

Hey James just wanted your opinion, obviously you’re a big fan of checking insulin levels throughout the day, but do you think it’s a worthwhile endeavor for someone who isn’t as advanced as you, and is somewhat restricted to certain meal timing based on work and things like that.
I think monitoring blood glucose is a good habit for health in genral so I would say atleast check fasted

to improve condition you need a deficit of energy – simple as that
the specifics of you macro intake in reality don’t matter as much as people think (new research shows this to be the case)
everyone is different, people need a different amount of kcals depending on their mass, activity, thyroid function etc etc
so if you need to drop more body fat, then create a deficit

it’s all calories bud but carbs are essential for metabolism not to stall.. so don’t go completely zero. I find them very beneficial… even if we use a small amount it’s good to keep the fire burning as such
