I wouldn’t find myself eating enough of them in a diary to truly consider them .. our doet would be pretty high fat if so.. perhaps if you are a super high fat guy it’s worth consideration !

In the week leading up to the show did you try to intake the same amount of water? Or taper it as the days went on closer to the show?
right so water is up from Saturday to Wednesday at a massive 3gallons .. we will start to reduce closer to show but not sure details yet
hard work getting it in but it’s good to get it up if you can
sodium is all so up and I’ll make a post once we manipulate that also

personal opinion but I like to 1 feed the session.. so would opt for 2 to 3 meals pre.. then also like to feed the recovery so again have 2 to 3 meals after

James do you think you could suggest a video on ab training specifically? seems to be something where information varies so much, with mid section control being so dominant in bodybuilding it would be good to see some solid information on what to do and what not to do in terms of ab training. Just an idea you could put forward to the guys when you get chance!
definately.. Phil actually sent me an entire video with instruction for me to follow.. my an routine is one he proposed using bith vaccumes and crunches performed in a particular fashion

1/2c cream of rice3 hrs
– 30min prior 40mcg clen
– Vacuums 10 rounds of holds (increase time for each hold daily) followed by 5 sets of 20 ab crunches focused on sucking in and crunching (ask me to go over with you). If you don’t draw in hard every single rep it’ll only make your obliques bigger. Let’s volumize abs doing slow reps and squeezing and sucking in focused on getting depth.
– 40min stepmill (level 3 to start and well assess regardless of how easy)
– Stretch and shower then meal 2Meal 2
