    yesterday’s chest and triceps workout

    saved shoulders as want to use all the kit out here lol

    incline cybex Smith 1l 1 1bo

    semi incline hammer press 1l 1bo

    precor pec fly 3 x 15

    db fly 3 x 15

    db kick backs (warm up for triceps) 1 set hand square to hip 1 set palm facing down

    elbow really high to fully shorted the triceps

    feels grest preceeding exercises that fully lengthen the triceps

    machine dip 1l 1bo

    push down 1l 1 bo

    Hi James, any update on that video you mentioned a few weeks back? On page 14, we spoke about when to rotate exercises for maximal strength and ultimately growth once numbers stall

    How does it compare training over there to over here mate, like the general feel in the gyms / atmosphere / kit etc ?

    the same tbh but we play music much louder and generally have a better vibe in our gyms

    3 hrs (skip cardio tues)

    1.extensions 2 sets 1l 1bo alternating with kneeling curls 2 sets 1l 1bo

    2.DB split squats quad dominant movment
    3 sets of just before failure

    3.trap bar squats quad dominant movement
    2 sets almost failure

    4.power squat machine wide stance
    posterior focused movement
    2 sets 1l 1bo

    5. lying db curl 2 sets 1 l 1bo alternate with stiff leg deads bbb1 l 1bo

    6. bodyweight lunges to stretch
    2 sets of 30 steps

    I wouldn’t advise holding breath when training for bidybuksing purposes.. power lifting it helps brace but most if us arnt power lifting ..better to go slightly lighter and not have the need for holding breath

    today will be second to last leg session before Toronto as need plenty if time to recover.. though we will hit them nice and hard on this one to give them back some volume

    I’ll log the session after completed.. Will be training at 9pm so got a while yet !

    Any reason that u not have a higher dose of clen? After a while on 40mcg u won’t get any effect or what?

    Mast p 100mg daily
    winstrol oral 50mg 2 x daily
    Halotestin 20mg 2x daily
    letro 2.5mg daily
    nolvadex 20mg daily
    clenbeuterol 40mcg daily
    ketofien 1mg daily
    proviron 50mg 2 x daily

    cardio is instinctive now but I’ll post today’s diet and cardio here now below

    Meal 1
    2 whole
    16oz white
    1/2c cream of rice

    4 hrs
    – 30min prior 40mcg clen
    – Vacuums 10 rounds of holds (increase time for each hold daily)
    – 40min stepmill (level 3 to start and well assess regardless of how easy)
    – Stretch and shower then meal 2

    Meal 2
    10oz lean meat
    2c white rice

    Meal 3
    8oz steak
    1c white rice

    Meal 4 (2hrs pre)
    10oz lean meat
    1 bagel or 4 rice cakes w jelly

    Pre
    2 Rice Krispie treats
