How does it compare training over there to over here mate, like the general feel in the gyms / atmosphere / kit etc ?

I wouldn’t advise holding breath when training for bidybuksing purposes.. power lifting it helps brace but most if us arnt power lifting ..better to go slightly lighter and not have the need for holding breath

Any reason that u not have a higher dose of clen? After a while on 40mcg u won’t get any effect or what?
Likely holds water on test and as he said wants to be as dry as he can be
