James when you were in offseason how long before workout ended did you finish your intra shake?
I know Phil does prefer to finish it before workout is finished.
Also how long typically after drinking that last sip of the shake would your eat your next meal? I know this is based of glucose reading, but a rough estimate?
(Thinking offseason here)typcially 2 3rds into the workout my good man 🙂

I still like eod even with enanthate just so injections volumes are reduced (amount of liquid per shot)

I used to always pin my delts before I would train them… I found it helped me mentally connect more… (not saying it made the muscle grow better)
I personally now pin before I sleep I just find it easier to be consistent this way._________________________________________

450g Greek style honey yogurt
30g of iso fuji added to it4 snack a jacks (caramel)
glass of coconut water (8oz)On way to gym
50g carbs from jelly snakesintra
90g sustain by JP
55g mps max by JP
5g creatine monopost w/o
175g rice crispies
70g of iso Fujim4 (yet to have)
1 cup of rice
275g 5% beef mincem5
2 burgers (Sainsburys butchers ones equating to 280g)
2 buns
2 packets of micro chips (total 200g)m5 pre bed

dam solid session today folks.. funny how last week (week of.show) you feel like a kitten.. give it a few.days and feel like a tiger.. I would say this..it’s nearly all mental..
head was tired of prep until today.. mow the excitement of being on the new York stage is becoming to rise..

What dosage of t4 did you use and did you keep checking bloods to find a correct dose.
I’m cutting atm and thinking of adding t3 back into the mix to help speed things up so I can get back into a position to bulk. But don’t really want the rebound after it waiting for my own levels to restart
What is your thought on doing both t3 and t4 Aswell. Or is one of those alone enough to help aid in fatloss. Thanks :).

not typcially buddy as not cereal are sugar dominant but there is no doubt somethings out there if you look hard enough.. maybe an out based cereal of sorts .. sorry not much help but I’m sire one of the guys will have a good answer
