    Hi James,

    You stated in a video that between cardio and training you are usually off your feet most of the day. Does Phil have you trying to achieve a step count daily or keeping consistent? I am currently between shows (Now 13 days out) and my first showing conditioning was on point, and post show has only improved. I’ve considered slightly dropping my step count now and allowing the body to rest up a touch and possibly apply more effort into training sessions to make up for the caloric expenditure? What are your brief thought’s and mainly where is your NEAT at between shows? Thanks Heaps !

    no step count at all buddy but I like to keep my days well traiming days restful as it’s a constant so if i get leaner woth rest all the better.. if I wasn’t I’d up activity for sure

    It’s tempting to go heavier, for “some” reason I feel my strongest in prep.  The only thing that’s draining is the cardio durations during the day.

    Thank you brother, I have 8 days left of this crap.  40 minutes walking in the AM , 30 minutes post workout.  Probably going to remove branch chains here.

    I still just like them after back. seen lost progress with that.

    2 exercises 2 sets each one load one back off.. key is exercise selection.

    I find anything braced (preacher) loads my biceps alot better.. typcially I perform one free weight movement then one cable or machine .. also oise and stretch after
