    we as Jimmy examined tend to cover two rep ranges per an exercise anyway so lielky getting a god amount of stimulus all round.. I would day this from experience though.. hamstrings are certainly fast twitch! be mindful of that

    If you cant cut back on output because of your job I would slowly reduce your cardio until your weight loss is decreasing at a better rate. Cardio in this scenario is purely to add output and put us in a deficit, with your output been so high its likely you will need very little to 0 cardio until the latter stages of your cut depending on how far you want to take it.

    i would second this.. cut hack gradually and monitor until the rate of lose is ideal

    So little update

    yesterday woke up fine.. cardio done.. around mid day stsrted to feel quite sick

    I blame the Weather of course

    got it the gym later than expected
    Managed to crank out a half decent workout

    didn’t push anything crazy and avoided lower back loaded bridge my cns100% would have tanked

    got home after and literally piled the meals all In but slept on the sofa in front of a heater

    did I mention mg boiler is broken? haha

    have a friend round today actually replacing so fingers crossed I’ll have some heating for the first time in weeks.. Yes weeks lol

    any way

    woke up today

    made the call to avoid physical activities

    even cardio.

    I’ll rest fully today. recovery is key here and to train would knock me back

    wrapping up warm .. eating my meals and making sure I give my body a fighting chance

    tomorrow we will see how I am.

    truth be told.. look at jack brooker.. Train a 3 days a week… don’t stress about more timein the off season spent resting… It’s all beneficial for growth and that right now as you know is the main objective

    is like to also ask you guys what you want to see or knkw more about

    filming Tuesday for critical mass and want to give you guys some good in sight to anything you wish to know. also Monday I am on Dusty and Rons podcast which should be fun

    What would you say the essential supplements are for natural bodybuilders? Any natural testosterone boosters your aware of?

    testosterone support products are a bit iffy .. just dose well with Vit d3, omega 3 then use some additional multi vitamins to suport the diets requirements and your good. d3 at 10000 iu and omega from krill at 6000mg

    quite simply yes but also crashed esotrogrn would make loosing fat harder too.. so it’s about management over anything. I’m sure some of the educators can go into detail more so than me. I have some knowledge but without explanation

    going to be getting a few sessions in with sandoe this off season

    times come to be a little selfish and I know that he is a strong mofo … He needs the push as do I so it should benefit us both

    lielky do a couple sessions a week and see how we gel for a time and take it from there.

    right been in Japan 2 days

    yesterday managed to visit powerhouse Tokyo

    was treated amazingly well and got to To Sign the wall of pros..  so cool

    having a great time and most of all a great break mentally too

    I’ve been eating as and when..
    .truth is you could eat clean here as every 7 eleven sells steamed chicken breast and sticky rice..
    .
    but when you eat out the food is all fried… I’ve eaten alot of shit last few days and I’m kind of bored of the Japanese food choices already lol

    so I’ve just been to the shop to buy chicken and rice..

    truth is.. I said to myself eat off plan this trip .. enjoy it and make yourself crave bidybuding normality once again..  kind if reverse psychology approach as I’ve been very strict for years now..  

    Chris emailed me today as we will sort the off season diet out soon… I said to him.. I’ll be back on the 20th.. 300lb fat and indeed of a 25 Week diet lol he laughed

    truth is this.. regular refrigerated sushi from the 7 eleven is better than the meals out ! Lol

    went to the samurai museum today. learnt a little onnthe their history there which was cool

    food today has been meh… searched for a breakfast place I found onky to find it not open!!! needed up getting a dam burger and chips.. had a curry… a rice bread gratin.. a chicken breast and rice… a Mac donalds and some sushi today.. I’m not really watching food till I’m home.. Just eating alot as I’m walking some serious steps here !!!

    Hi James, when planning out your sessions (particularly Push sessions) do you prefer hitting all chest then shoulders then triceps? Or do you think chest/shoulders/triceps/chest/shoulders/triceps is more productive?

    2.Over head press here
    3.Narrow press here
    4.Incline db fly
    5.Db laterals
    6.standing cuff side lateral

    man if done right and hitting the precise rep ranges 1 l 1 bo is more than enough in my opinion .. on 95% of exercises!!! some smaller muscle groups like reverse db flies I’d likely do this
