Hello James, whats you thoughts on training 6 days a week pre contest ( push pull legs push pull legs rest ) ?
personally I wouldn’t hit 6 you’ll shrink .. that’s my experience .. need more recovery time than that 5 tops

Hi James I love tren but it doesn’t like me but I’m 3 weeks out now so I’m going to put tren in as I don’t get on with any tabs either in your opinion is there a minimum dose for tren I was thinking of adding 75mg 2x per week
hey bud there is no recommended dose really. it comes down to getting the most out of the least and if your personal history with tren is relatively low dose then that is good and means you won’t have to go high (yet) but I would advise doing every other day what ever you do decide as the water is short

at 300 should be ok but…0.5 caber just once a week of any sides

wasn’t planning on this one but to be frank 2 things
could do with the experience
also body is ready to peak pretty much so to prolong would probably hurt me more than benefit me
as in it will need to be fed soon for a few days and also reset a little in order to go again.. you can’t prolong peaking when your body wishes to do so for too long other wise you just hurt your look
could I be leaner? likely a tad .. but we have a few shows and I wish to bring a few different looks.. not sure what one will be preferred by the judges so I’m happy to in with the level I’m currently now at and see
main thing is Phil says I’m ready and that’s the only nod I need in order to feel confident enough to step up..
try not to listen to everyone pre comp guys As many won’t be able to look at the bigger picture.. your coach is the guy who knows what is what and what a peak can bring.. others may think you are more than ready or the opposite and yet but truly know as they don’t know the details as in to how things are going to be played come peak week.. don’t build a relationship with a trusting eye for nothing basically.. would be a huge waste and you are ultimately sabotaging your as Best bet leading into the show

Hey guys sorry quiet couple days as we have been making a few changes to plan. ready to hit stage this week coming so going up earlier than scheduled in Spain. still doing others too just getting the season started early. being a pro ibwant to live it and love it and travel. it doesn’t last forever and I’m blessed to be able to do this

I tend to stop leg 10 days prior as suffer with inflamation
cardio depends . physically for mist if ready it’s not needed but mentally it can help keep people sane
I’d defo suggest a reduction though especially if loading ..

I know your a big fan of cardio year round and recently I’ve actually become more of a fan myself. Cardio sessions are by no means intense (walk my dog for 40 mins once a day). This may sound odd but do you find cardio helps you look fuller? Whenever I have cardio on my carb load days upper body looks tight and full but my legs can be very hit and miss, sometimes they can look washed out and others full. Do you experience this as well?
