don’t eat cold trust me.. nut twice cooker is the way forward.. so accurate and if you get a good one it will cook the rice then leave on a setting that keeps it warm and ready for whenever you are good to eat

safe to say very easy
rest days and he added 150g carbs to m4 /5 and 100 to 6 which are all normally zero carb
he said this week week is going to be a big one for transformation .. I’m excited to work hard and make it happen

when your blood sugar remains elevated for like 5 hours hahaa and you are full up for ages. typcially I want to be ready to eat 3hrs at the most after my post meal

It works but inprefer allocating specific amounts of carbs to particular training and rest days so it’s all ways the same
not keen on the variables of a regular carb cycle approach
