off season I push the carbs very high training days so have zero carb rest days at times.. but pre show body pics up a little so I keep breakfast with carbs also

as long as your daily intake if protein is optimal I don’t think you will suffer too much mate.
the carbohydrates are very valuable and the other additions are great too
juat make sure you are consuming quality portions prior and after the gym
